The water had an unbearable smell the first night. Maintenance finally came the next day to inform us that the property had not been occupied since August and to leave the water running for a while. This cleared things up! I did not receive a check in email prior to arriving which sent me into a panic. Management was on top of things as soon as I alerted them. Also, it would have been nice to have a couple of chairs on the balcony. Chairs at kitchen table were not as pictured. We had metal stools. Toilets took turns on when they wanted to flush. All in all, it’s a nice property especially for large groups.

Nice place. You can tell it’s been rented before but it is in great shape. Very well equipped in the kitchen. We did not have to pull out supplies we brought. It is a quiet condo. No problems with the condo we recommend it.
However, who owns it? We dealt with three different companies so it was hard to tell who was

Overall it was very nice property, great location.

The booking was super easy as well as the check in. Our stay was very enjoyable, the house looks new and clean. Linens and towels were so clean and smelled sooo good. The house smells so pleasant that we commented that the first night.
The wagon with beach chairs was very convenient, thank you for thinking of that. The only thing I didn't love was the queen bed in the 3rd floor and the fact that we could hear the ceiling fan from the bedroom below us.
I would recommend this property and I would consider it for our next vacation.

I read all the reviews so my expectations were set. Things I found accurate; kitchen is short of supplies, there are 2 sets of stairs and no blinds or dead bolt on main level room with the bunk beds, cart with 4 chairs in garage is the only “extra”accessory, there are 2 added blankets in the living room TV console (the 3rd floor gets nice and chilly). You need extra trash bags, toilet paper, etc. The home has plenty of space and would sleep 11 comfortably (we had 9) but 2 trash bags would clearly not be enough for that many people. The check-out instructions include to throw out any extra pool/beach supplies. I found a neighbor to give those to. When you walk into the home there is a set of stairs where you can go up to the living room, kitchen, queen bedroom and hall bath or, upon entry, you can go to the main level room (with bunk beds) you’ll also find the garage door, a bathroom and laundry. Anyone who can’t walk up stairs would need to stay in the bunk bed room and would not have access to the living or kitchen. From the living room level, you can access the 3rd floor to the primary bedroom with lovely primary bath and the other queen bedroom with private bath. I’d recommend a golf cart for an easier commute to the beach but it is walking distance within 5 minutes. We walked to Pompano Joe’s in 7 minutes. It stormed every day but we still had a great time. Definitely great space (offering privacy) a larger family/guests. Communication with management was perfect.

This property was perfect for our girls trip! It was clean with plenty of bedrooms and towels. The garage was nice to be able to leave our beach items each day, and the beach cart and chairs provided were a huge bonus! The only improvement that we felt needed would be a dead bolt lock on the back door in the bunk room and some blinds for the same door.

We spent the week here with 6 adults, 2 kids, & 2 dogs and had plenty of space!! The house was very updated and clean, just as described. The beach cart & chairs were a huge help - chairs are a nice size and comfortable. It’s a relatively short walk to the beach, but we ended up renting a golf cart, which made our trips to and from the beach even quicker/easier.
Our only complaints were that the kitchen had the bare minimum as far as utensils and necessities. Make sure to grab coffee filters & salt/pepper because even those aren’t there. Additionally, the coverlets on all the beds are very thin and everyone got cold at night. So bring extra blankets. But it would be nice if there were some extra blankets in the closets.
Otherwise, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were very nice, and every room has a large TV. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

Responsive to questions we asked prior to checking in and a very spacious house! Found everything we needed and more at the property. The walk was roughly 5 minutes down as others stated! The only issue was the bunk room with the front door and back door not having dead bolts, the bunk room has a glass door that opens to the backyard which I didn’t love. Loved the straightforward check out instructions.

Very nice, new, modern, and clean property. It was as advertised. Pros: Location, nicely equipped, very nice pet area, internet and TV's worked well.
Cons: steep stairs to living area and another set of steep stairs to master bedroom, close to beach but walk is partially along a narrow and busy street without sidewalks, gas grill would not ignite and propane tank was covered in drippings from cooking, smoke alarm is located above stove so that it is easily set off when cooking.
Suggest: add hair dryers (only one provided for 4 bathrooms), replace grill cover and repair igniter, provide a larger frying pan and some serving bowls.

Location, location, location. We enjoyed our stay at Seaside Villa. We found the property clean and orderly when we arrived and left it in the same condition. We rented a golf cart and rode around to all the shopping centers & restaurants. Certainly we would stay at this property again and will consider it next year.

We stayed here during the week of Christmas. The check in process was very easy. The house was very clean and accommodating. Had most of the items needed to feel like home. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfy. It was great tor each of our adult kids to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The grounds are clean and well-kept. Close to the beach. We were happy with our stay and would stay here again.

I can not say enough good things about this property. We had 10 family members and this space did not disappoint. Close to the beach, big rooms, kitchen with all you can need. Would recommend to all.

Good location
Location was good within 5 mins of the beach. Property could have been cleaner - bathroom, beds, floors. Kids bedroom downstairs is an odd location since it was near the door and it just did not feel quite safe. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

Family vacation
We loved our family vacation to Destin and this home and location were just right for our group. We are glad we found something big enough to fit us all and that it was an easy walk to the beach. The home didn’t have some basic needs like spices/oil/sugar for cooking and it only had one pack of dishwasher soap and one pack of washing machine pouch, for a big home like this it should have had more necessities readily available. We enjoyed all the rooms and glad it had a lot of bathrooms for us all. It needs more baby gates since there are three sets of stairs too!

All house seem well sound proof as we never heard any noise from either side of us and our rowdy kids never drew any complaints.

Not impressed with the listing
There was not enough beds for the kids. We had 6 kids and 2 bunkbeds. We called and asked for an extra roll in bed or mattress but no luck. Queen bedroom box spring was making an ungodly squeaking sound and we were up all night. Mgmt was able to find a replacement eventually. 3rd floor washer and dryer were both broken. When we asked if they could fix/replace it, we got the response "There is a washer/dryer on the first floor, thats as much as most homes have". So we had to carry our laundry from 3rd floor to 1st floor multiple times during the 4 days we stayed so that was no fun. Kitchen has very little utensils for cooking. Outside grill was dirty and there were no kit to clean it up. We called mgmt and they promptly dropped it off.
On the plus side, the beach is very close by and is definitely walkable distance. The rooms are very clean and homely. We would have been happier if all kids had a bed to sleep and our own bed was good the first night. Otherwise, a decent stay.

The walk to the beach was about three blocks or so and not bad at all. We did rent a few golf carts to tote our stuff to the beach, so keep that in mind because unless you have a lot of people helping, it can be a lot to carry for that distance. Just a little heads up.
The water was gorgeous, it was close to so many restaurants, etc. and was just a great vacation. May even book this same house again next year!

I have to say, this is probably one of the cleanest, nicest houses I've ever stayed in. I am a stickler when it comes to cleanliness, and this met and exceeded my expectations. We all felt very comfortable. You can tell the owners and the cleaning crew take great pride and care of this house.
The walk to the beach was about three blocks or so and not bad at all. We did rent a few golf carts to tote our stuff to the beach, so keep that in mind because unless you have a lot of people helping, it can be a lot to carry for that distance. Just a little heads up.
The water was gorgeous, it was close to so many restaurants, etc. and was just a great vacation. May even book this same house again next year!

The condo/house was beautiful. Everything was almost new.
Area is quiet & traffic on the road was light.
Parking is tight & traffic off the street was heavy.
Felt safe. Thought we were going to have to rent golf cart to get to the beach and back, but the walk wasn't bad at all.
I would defenitly stay there again.

This condo was perfect for our family of 9. The beach was within easy walking distance. We did, however, rent a golf cart which was great for carrying beach stuff back and forth.

Great time!
We had a wonderful stay at the White Coral chateau. The house is on a block with similar houses all along the street but this one was particularly nice as it was the end unit and had a large open lawn attached to it for the dogs & kids to play in.
The street is more built up now than the pictures suggest and the pool is also much smaller than pictures indicate but it was still nice to have a pool very close by.
Everyone in the area has golf carts so that was a nice addition to the listing.
