La magnífica ubicación, limpieza y amplias dotaciones del apartamento. La cama del dormitorio principal era además comodísima.

Nada de relevancia. Eché en falta algún que otro enchufe más pero comprendo que al tratarse de un edificio antiguo, no contemplara el arquitecto en su momento esa contingencia.

The location was central. A really great size. 15 minutes walk from the beach, very close to the shops too. Plenty of space for three people. Really nice view of the castle from the front door. The bedrooms are perfectly dark at night thanks to the blinds, except for the room with the bunk beds. The owners of the apartment are very helpful too and very good at communicating with you in advance of your arrival.

The air conditioning at times had a smell but once turned off it went away. The room with the bunk beds would benefit from a black out blinds. Otherwise, it is a great spot.

two nights the heating wasn’t working properly so the apartment was chilly… BUT when it was reported to our host, attended to it immediately & it was repaired very efficiently.

Location, number and size of bedrooms, nice kitchen/living area. The person who gave us access was friendly and helpful along with the owner, Victor. We’d recommend to others.

There was nothing we didn’t like and our only suggestion would be a long mirror in one of the bedrooms and in the middle bedroom the light socket was too far away from the be.

Jose was a good host and he was waiting for us in front of the building. Also, allowed us to stay in the apartment longer than the check-out time. It was a centrally located apartment, with a lovely Inner yard, rooms were wide and clean with a comfortable beds.

Тhe only thing that bothered me was the white walls without any pictures and any decorations in the apartment that would give some warmth.

The location was fantastic as it's an aera we know well, there are some good places to both eat and have a drink, It is in a quite area yet less than 3 min' walk to good night life and 5 min' walk to good shopping.

As the property is on a main bus route it can get a little bit noisy due to busses which start early, otherwise you could not fault the property in any way.

Apartment very cosy and located right in the city centre. Air flow conditioned for a good sleeping and windows are very well soundproofed. Mattress and pillow are amazing, never found such good quality in all my travels. Just five minute walking to Luceros Tram stop to go to Playa San Juan which i absolutely reccomend. The Hosts are very kind and gentle and always at disposal for any question or help.

The awning in the castle's bed room doesn't fit very well to the window and there is sunlight in the morning (the other two rooms has shutters)

The host - Jose was very friendly, he did his best to explain us everything and he was very helpful. The apartment is big, well-equipped, comfy, located close to many attractions and restaurants.

The only minus - there was no toilette supplies (shampoo, shower gel) and according to the description they should be there.
