We were in Traverse City for my 2 Grandsons Hockey Tournament and we had the best time !!!! We were only approx. 10 minutes from the ice rink so we could come back to relax and have snacks when they had a 3 - 4 hour break between games.
The Condo was very clean and very nicely decorated (even had a beautiful decorated Christmas Tree) !!!!!
We loved it and will definitely be back next year .

This is a nice clean condo. Beds are very comfortable, we slept very well each night. The garage is such a plus. It was a wet, rainy, misty week while we were in Traverse City. It was so nice to be able to store our bikes in the garage out of the weather. This was our second stay with Carrie at this condo.

We had a family reunion in the area and this house was perfect for us. The downtown area is a short 15 minute walk away, and the house was clean and well-stocked. We’d love to stay here again!

Three of us stayed here for a girls' weekend and had a great time. The communication and check in/out process was seamless and the accommodations were great. We walked a few places and drove a few places and generally had a great weekend. I would definitely stay here again.

There were 2 adults and 1 teenager on our trip. The loft was perfect for the teenager, but I think it would work well for younger kids too (there were some toys up there). I wouldn't recommend travelling with a big group since the condo is not huge. But for us, it was plenty of space, very clean, and comfortable. The garage was really nice because I was expecting one big shared garage, so having a private garage was a good surprise! We didn't need to communicate much with the host because we didn't have any issues. There was a binder in the condo with recommendations, and we used some of those (the hike they recommend was perfect for our group).

Great host and nicely appointed condo
Carrie was a great host! Communicated quickly. The condo was well appointed and very close to all downtown activities. There are bikes for rent right outside the back door. Parking was easy. Quiet community. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Perfect location with easy access to TART and downtown. Bike rental right next door. Unit has everything you need to cook. Lots of extras for children ( we were all adults but games for kids).

My friends and I spent a long weekend in TC and this was the perfect place for it! It's a great location ... just a short drive away from downtown and was extremely cute, clean, and had great amenities!

My friends and I spent a long weekend in TC and this was the perfect place for it! It's a great location ... just a short drive away from downtown and was extremely cute, clean, and had great amenities!

Quiet and safe place to stay at.
The check in was super easy, the property was really clean. There was a book with all the information you might need from places to visit, where to eat, what to do, and instructions for the check out process. The only thing I was hesitant about is the door that leads to the garage/basement doesn’t lock. The garage does have a door with a lock but the door the gives entry to the home from the garage doesn’t. Personally it was just a small thing but the location was very quiet and it seemed safe so I wasn’t really worried. Overall my stay was really nice.

Great Condo!!
This condo meet all our needs! It was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. The location was good, very close to downtown, kid friendly for my little ones. Also the garage was definitely a plus due to the wintertime weather. Thank you again for hosting us on our first time visit to Traverse City!!

I came up with 3 friends and found the condo to be exactly the right fit for us! Very close to downtown, very clean, had supplies… everything was easy and it made it easy to relax. Would definitely recommend the condo and the owner and would stay again. Water pressure was GREAT as well in the shower!!!

Nice condo, good location!
Our visit was the week of 9/26/21. This is a very nice, clean condo and will stay in it again. It is smaller than we anticipated and feel the pictures listed on Vrbo are a bit deceptive. The beds are very comfortable. The walls to the next unit are not sound proofed and could hear people talking in the unit next to us when we went to bed. The unit does not have a permanate dining table and chairs. There is a table that folds in half pushed against a wall that will open to a full table. Additional chairs need to be brought up from the basement. The unit has a basement/garage which is great for parking and bike storage. Appreciated that very much.

Wonderfully outfitted home just next to the TART bike trail and The Filling Station restaurant. Location was perfect, walked to local grocery store and Silver Spruce brewery. Hosts left many helpful suggestions for activities in the area. Many thoughtful touches and attention to detail made our stay a hit!

Cute, Clean and Close to town
Everything about this condo is exactly as you see in the pictures. Very new, clean, comfortable beds, well appointed for cooking or just hanging out. Would definitely stay there again!

I wasn’t fond of the location next to a warehouse or train track, but it was very easy to get to places in TC, beach area at Clinch Park and other surrounding areas. We were just there to hang out for a bit before and after bed before venturing out again, so it’s definitely a place I would revisit. Recommend!

I have stayed at 2 different rentals of Carrie’s and loved them both. Everything we needed was in the rental and it was very clean! I will always try to stay at her rentals when I’m back in the area.
