Our stay was great at the townhouse. Great spot to homebase out of for our family as we enjoyed Traverse City. The loft was a perfect touch for the kiddos. Thanks for a great experience!

This was perfect for our family for a weekend. It was close to downtown. We came in for snowshoeing and wineries and had enough space for us and was a good location.

The Hosts thought about all the “little” things a guest would need during their stay. Well stocked with supplies. They even labeled the light switches! Thanks for a great stay!

Me and my husband and our adult daughter and two of her friends stayed at the Trailside Townhouse. The townhouse is small but we didn't get in each other's way. The 2 full bathrooms were key. The unit is nicely furnished with everything you would need to cook, hang out and play games. It is a great location that is close to downtown, the water and wineries. I would definitely come back and stay again. Thanks.

We had a great stay in TC. This was one of the best VRBO properties I have stayed in. Pictures accurately represent the property although it is smaller than it appears in pictures. Very clean and the best amenities I’ve seen in a rental property - coffee, sugar, creamers, plenty of paper products and cleaning supplies, a detailed book that provided all the information we needed for the property was greatly appreciated. I would definitely seek out this condo if I’m in the area again. Only one suggestion - a mirror in the loft would provide another place for women to do their hair and makeup.

We rented the Roost for a long weekend in TC. There is no shortage of activities to enjoy from this location. We kayaked Boardman Lake, rode the TART trail system with rented bikes from next door and were able to get just about anywhere with our bicycles including Front St. We had my 60s aged parents as well as my tween and teenage children. All were able to easily enjoy the ride and fun! It is also close to the Filling Station, which is a fun hang out and delicious dinner.
The property itself was one of the cleanest that I have stayed in all of my years of renting on VRBO. Carrie literally thought of everything you would need and supplied it. Beds were comfortable and the kids area/loft was adorable. Thank you for your generosity! I would highly recommend this condo for a stay in TC!

Awesome property in a great location. Easy walk into town and close to great restaurants and the library. Excellent for kids with all the amenities- perfect if you’re traveling in by plane with little one!

We had a great stay here. We enjoyed the place, found it exactly as expected, and were able to enjoy biking around the area from this location. We also explored downtown and other parts of the area, and we found this location to be ideal for exploring Traverse City.

This was a great property!! Carrie was excellent with suggestions and always responded to any questions. My only complaint was the dishwasher was broken (which happens) and the washer was dirty. Overall a great place, great location! Will definitely come back!

Lovely spot in a great location
The condo was perfect for my family. We loved the location so close to everything we needed in Traverse City and the condo setup was exactly what we needed. Our two small children and my husband and I all enjoyed the bedrooms within easy access of one another and the kids loved getting to play with the toys provided. The owners were super friendly and easy to communicate with. We loved our stay so much we added an extra day. Definitely recommend!

Extended Weekend in Traverse City
This property was perfect for a group of three friends, although it could certainly hold more. The property was very squeaky clean, cutely decorated, had cozy bedding, thick towels, and great guidance and support from the owner with recommendations for fun activities in the city. Great stay!!

We booked the property as a last minute short vacation to Michigan. Wish we would have booked a longer stay!!! Not only was the property perfect for our family with teenage boys, but it was a perfect location to walk for food, entertainment and the coast! It is a teenagers dream with bike rental and a soon to open rock climbing facility at your back door!!! Can’t wait to return!

Not only was the property perfect for our family with teenage boys, but it was a perfect location to walk for food, entertainment and the coast! This immaculate bungalow is centrally located, with cute decor and comfortable beds, organized with everything we needed, plus some extras. Hosts went over and above to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

Quiet, clean and easy.
The property is reasonably priced for the size. It fit a family of 5 perfect. Everyone had their own beds! If you are looking for a place with great views this is not it, but if you are looking for a place to accommodate a medium sized family, good price point and location this is solid choice. Very clean and well maintained. My only complaint is with the political signage they have on the property right outside the porch. Not everyone that travels to Traverse is a bleeding heart liberal.
