Our stay was amazing. The hotel is near to the yamamote line, making transportation quick and easy. It is in a very calm area, but near convinient stores, coffee shops, etc. The room was large and clean.

Good location in the sense of travel to/from Tokyo on the Shinkansen (easy to get to Shingaku on the metro which is next door) but not in terms of the area to stay in. Quite a way out from the central areas that you may wish to visit.
Room was clean and efficient. Good blackout blinds and no noise from the rail line next door.
Hotel bar shut very early. Felt a functional hotel rather than a warm one. Would not stay in this area if staying in Tokyo again.
