Nice area, good location, easily to catch a metro to anywhere. Clean rooms, mostly helpful stuff, when we asked help to book a restaurant for us.
Very hard beds and pillows that was painful for my and my fiancé’s neck. Therefore the sleep quality during the whole stay was not ideal.
When we asked staff at the reception to order a taxi for us, one day in advance, first they said that the hour we would like to have a taxi is booked. Afterwards they said that the whole day was booked. That sounded ridiculous and no other options were proposed. We easily booked an Uber.

Clean and good location
The pillows are too hard had to ask for another one. It would be better to put the softer pillows in the room

The best part about this hotel is definitely the location near Ginza and the station.
The room was far too small for two people. With no closet space, we ended up piling our clothes on the desk. The sleep quality was also disappointing, as the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were very hard and flat. Fine if you only care about the area, but be prepared for a very tight squeeze
