Sik was a wonderful host, and the accommodation was great with everything you need. It is in a quieter part of town but everything is convenient by train. Thank you Sik, we enjoyed our time with you!

Very close to the Shimbashi Station. (5~10 minutes) Clean facility. Has everything needed for traveling. The 2 showerooms was very convinient since we were a group of 3. Would like to visit again, but I think it's going to be very difficult next time to book such a good room like this.

It's very clean, near JR station, convenient, and the staff is very friendly and nice. It's very worth staying here overall. Recommend!

The location of the JR station is located in a place that has a lot of bar and massage parlor so it's kinda uncomfy to walk during nighttime for is women.

From booking to beds to bathrooms, this stay was perfect. Our host was fantastically responsive, anticipating our needs and available for questions. The beds were comfortable and immaculately clean. The bathrooms were bigger than expected for Tokyo area, and having a combined toilet/shower area in addition to separate facilities made our group especially happy for the space. The room itself is spacious and comfortable, and in a quiet area of town, but not out of reach of both public transportation and many restaurants.

This room is perfect, I have nothing that I didn't like. My only word of caution is that transporting larger luggage/baggage from the nearby train station can be difficult on the narrow sidewalks of the neighborhood.

The owner is a fantastic person, it was a pleasure to meet him. The apartment is quite big, well furnished, in a great position in Shinbashi, clean and with all the comfort I expected. Great place to stay.

Great space , good to have 2 showers and 2 toilets for 5 people. Close to Shimbashi station. unexpected free breakfast thrown in for one morning. Helpful information from Sik.

The owner, Sik, went beyond our expectations to make sure we had a comfortable stay. His property is larger than most accomodations I have seen in Japan with the bonus of two bathrooms and two toilets, which was a godsend for our family of four. We arrived earlier than expected but Sik made sure we were taken care of while we waited and even lugged our bags up to the room when it was ready. The accommodation itself is spotless, the beds are more comfortable than my own and the apartment even had a washing machine. We took the direct train from Narita airport to Shimbashi and then walked to Rooms (with the help of a Japanese man who literally went out of his way to bring us to Rooms). It is a bit of a slog if you don't know how to get there, but later on we discovered it was a pretty straight walk from Shimbashi station to the property. Another bonus was the surprise breakfast provided for us on two of the five nights at Cafe Van just down the street. Below is a Sake shop from which we brought a good bottle to take home. The owner, I am told, is a renowned expert in Sake and he even has classes on Sake drinking and sake appreciation if you are so inclined. We used Shimbashi station as our point for public transport. It is very easy to get to, and once you sort out where you want to get to from there, you can go pretty much anywhere in Tokyo and beyond. Thank you Sik for making our stay at Rooms super comfortable. We had an exceptional stay there.
