fantastic stay

The interior, service, and facilities were all perfect.

I wish the hotel could at least include one meal during our visit. For the price we pay, I think hotel can be a little more generous.

レストランの食事もワインも美味しく夜景も綺麗でした。ルームサービスの朝食のパン、果物、美味しかったです。フィットネスは高層からの景色を見ながらできて快適でした。プールも20mで広く、時間制限もなく、気持ちよかったです。水中メガネと帽子は無料で貸してくれます。吸水性のあるバスタオル、バスローブは至るところに置いてあり、ふんだんに使用できました。

perfect service, fast and reliable, excellent food!

the hotel is more convenient that I thought, it’s right above Toranomon Hills Station, very near Ginza, Roppongi etc, walking distance to Tokyo Tower. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. everything was perfect

The views and the restaurants.

Small rooms. Not much within walking distance.

Andaz is exceptional. Very spacious room, very clean, very good services (spa, gym and room service), it really exceeded my expectations to some extent. In addition the Tavern, their restaurant, is delicious, there is live music and it has one of the best vibes and view of all the restaurants we have been in Tokyo.

I feel the level of English for some receptionists is not great, but we could always manage. We went to the rooftop bar and if we wanted to sit close to the widow we had to pay an extra 1’000 JPY per person. It is not about the cost, but if you are a guest why do you need to charge?
