The property and staff were exceptional. It was also well connected to the subway and JR train trains. The locality was lovely, with numerous places to eat in close proximity.

Convenient location for transportation and sightseeing. We use this hotel for number of years now and they are consistently helpful and good value
A bit hard to find the first time

Location is great, beds were comfortable
The rooms all smelled humid and musty. There's no proper ventilation and you can't get open the windows. The breakfast was not good and too simple. The rooms need a touch up. It felt more like staying in a mediocre 3 star hotel with a very expensive price tag.
