Great location and great staff

Location - very close to Shimbashi subway station and walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops. The staff are very helpful and polite, fluent in English and very willing to answer questions. When we asked for some extra items in the room, the request was immediately taken care of. Exceptional service.
Our room was on the 6th floor facing a back street with lots of bars and restaurants. The sound insulation of the windows are not great. Every night at 3am, we could hear people leaving the bar. So my advise is to request a room on a higher floor or facing the main street.

Great location to explore Ginza. Near transport.
Not hugely friendly. We came from another hotel that was super friendly and felt the difference. No greeting on arrival/departure in and out of the hotel. Felt like a nondescript city hotel. For a 5 star hotel not having a smart tv for those jet lag hours and only Japanese channels is somewhat dated in these times. No drinking water provided at all.
