The location and the house itself. It was really spacious. The host is really approachable and always tried their best to accommodate our needs.

This is not a negative point, just for the traveller, make sure that you understand that the check-in is from 15:30. It is everywhere on the description but just a reminder.

The house was well equipped. It had everything you needed if you wanted to cook. We liked the location it was just beside a coffee shop, parking space, and small stores.

The washroom was too small.

The location was amazing - in the bustling part of town, yet away from hoards of tourists. A charming patio to sit on and enjoy a glass of wine or a morning coffee

Modern, comfortable apartment with plenty of space. Everything worked well, especially the aircon (hot June) and had just enough room for the four of us to sit outside. It might be a little way from the tourist sights but that was made up for by the quality restaurants nearby compared to the over-priced, uninteresting restaurants in the tourist areas. It's only a few minutes walk from the Trinidade metro too, making it very easy to get to from the airport or train station. Very quiet on a night too.

Not much. The balcony floorboards were a bit wobbly but not broken and the view on to the rooftops was not very extensive but we knew that when we booked. A few instructions for appliances would be helpful too.

It was bright, clean, modern and in a good location.

The hosts were very good. Very efficient and helpful contact. I initially booked for one week but had to downgrade to 4x nights, and they let me cancel completely and re-book, which was very generous. The apartment was in a busy, bustling area but very quiet, which was great. Ear plugs were provided so I expected a noisy night, but it was very peaceful. The bed was very comfy and the aircon heated up the apartment quickly and effectively.

This is one of many flats all available in the same building. My one didn’t feature in the photos shown on Booking.com, and it was a bit more rough-round-the-edges than the others. Needed a fresh lick of paint and a bit of love/care. It was very clean though, and the bed was comfy, so the initial disappointment wore off quickly.

Great location, good shower, responsiveness of hosts, easy to get/leave the keys.

The apartment was extremely humid, even after using the dehumidifier function of the AC. The wall in our bedroom was damp and our clothes and towels couldn't dry. It was very unconfortable. You can also hear the neighbours walk around a lot. There was no noise from the streeet though.

It’s a really cozy and welcoming place, really spacious for 6 people, with a big sofa bed and 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. Close to the city center, with walking distance, really friendly owners and staff too :)

The location of the property was very central, close to bars and restaurants.

There was a coffee machine, but not enough coffee cups, but there is a breakfast place right across with excellent coffee and pastries. The location is very central, so it gets very noisy at night, it helps to close the shutters.

The flat is beautiful and in a nice location.

We had some communication issues in picking up the keys. Also, our flat had an unfortunate layout: one bedroom was partially open to the living room and both bathrooms so you could not watch TV or use the bathroom without shining the light into the bedroom.
