The location was great and very convenient. It was also very clean and model.
The staff were not overly welcoming or friendly. They were ok, but not great.

Location was great. Walking distance to good restaurants, bars, and shopping. It was perfect for our 4 day stay. Well equipped kitchenette, large shower room with good toiletries. Very comfortable bed with a pillow menu.
The hotel provides undercover parking at an extra cost.
Although our room was good and comfortable and I wouldn't hesitate to book again, there are a couple of things that could be better. The hanging space in the wardrobe was very small. The ironing board, that was standing up in this space had to be taken out so we could hang up our clothes. We could not hang our outside coats in the wardrobe. This could be fixed by adding a couple of coat hooks on the wall opposite the bathroom. Plenty of room and not in the way.
There was only one chair at the small dinning table. The other seat was an oversized foot stool with no back support.

Right close to city
Carpark. Unclear instructions and misinformation. Customer service on arrived, she is rude. On top of that, need to pay expensive car park.

I was situated well, direct access to restaurants, shops etc
