Adina Serviced Apartments Canberra James Court

Location was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. The apartment was well maintained and had everything we needed

nothing everything was great

Great location to base a trip in Canberra. The apartment worked well for my family. My Mum has mobility issues and the apartment was spacious.

Getting to the apartment with a wheelchair was a bit challenging as there was a heavy door before the apartment. Also, the TV in the main bedroom didn’t work and the toaster didn’t work either.

Convenient location close to shops and easy to find good food spots, the room was clean and we had a pleasant stay.

All good, wish we could have stayed another night.

Large space

Old tired furniture, not comfortable beds or lounge, slippery shower- no bathmat, only one face cloth for 3 people. Rubbish wasn’t removed during our stay so the apartment was smelly. Empty ice tray- took time to freeze. Noise bedrooms near passageways- late night revellers woke us up! Reception staff were not helpful- they were too busy talking to each other and so gave us poor information. They were not available at 10:30 at check out time. Very disappointed with cracked floors, strained furniture in the entry and apartment. Apartment was not safe for elderly people. Shower needed bars to manage slips and high step into spa. I was greatly disappointed in your facilities and lack of customer service.
