The house in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to subway. The amenities worked properly, very nice tiny garden if front of the window of the living room.
Rooms not very clean, the bedroom couldn’t fit two mattresses side by side - we found a creative solution, but at my opinion the host should mention it in the manual or arrange the rooms differently.

Good location, near to the subway station and just 4 stops from the central point of Kyoto. Comfortable and enough for us in terms of space (2 adults and 10 yo child). There was all you need for staying few nights in Kyoto. Great communication with hosts.
Cleaning service should be improved. It was not bad but there is some space for improvement.
