Our stay was great. The location was awesome- walking distance to restaurants, convenient store, and the beach. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The pictures of the condo on the listing make it look newer than reality. The unit was clean but not spotless. The sheets were worn. Overall, a nice place to spend the weekend with my sister.

We stayed in this condo the day after Christmas until January 1st. We love the condo. It was in a great location, and everything was as the ad stated. The property owner was very responsive and helped with the one minor issue we had. Perfect location. We will stay at this property again.

Host was great and Apartment was very clean. View of ocean was beautiful . Make sure you rent a car or bring your own. It was impossible to get an Uber. We ended up renting a car. Overall great host and awesome apartment.

We were greeted by the valets and were extremely impressed with their service. Not only at check in, but also during our entire stay. Check in was quick and easy. All common areas were well kept and immaculate. The condo was exactly as described and the views were amazing. We were grateful for the beach chairs and umbrellas, they definitely saved us some money. Access to a beach bar was convenient and options delicious. Highly recommend!

Bad points for the unit which need serious refreshing, things were worn out, sticky, stains on beach towels…toaster and iron didn’t work . A bit disappointing for the price.

The property is located very close to the beach if not on it. We flew in from Arizona with what we could pack into a suitcase and backpacks. This place has Fantastic views if the beach from the Master bedroom and living area. Full kitchen with all the dishes you need. There was even beach chairs, beach umbrellas and a cooler. The beds were comfy and internet was no issue at all. Overall it was a wonderful experience that I would recommend. One of the best beaches that I have ever been to. Clear, warm water clean sand. Tons to do.

The property is in a great location, easy access to the beach and nearby shops. Some areas in the apartment are showing signs of wear and tear but overall we had a pleasant experience. Apartment host was great.

Great condo in the middle of everything, the beach is a minute away, and very convenient to any store you would need. The condo had all the supplies we needed and more, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and a couple of toys for kids if you have them.
We had a great stay and would definitely come back here.

We enjoyed being close to the beach. There was beach chairs and umbrellas in the apartment for us to use. Close to restaurants and Walmart.

The good: Views from the room were spectacular. The unit was big, kitchen was well stocked. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided. The beach was a short walk and the pool area had lots of chairs. The beds were comfortable. I also felt safe walking outside the building at night. Ben who managed the unit was very easy to contact.
Cons: The guy at the front desk wasn’t very friendly, anything I asked him I felt like I was a nuisance being a renter. The unit did not have a swing lock only a keypad lock on the door. That made me uncomfortable at night being I do not know who has a code to the unit. There really isn’t much for restaurants in waking distance. To use the washer and dryer you need to buy a $5 card and put a minimum $5 on the card so the one load I washed cost me $10.
Over all it probably wasn’t a great fit for my family as far as location and the feeling of not feeling welcome from the guy at the front desk.

Location was perfect! Right on the beach and right near the road, you can easily walk to Walmart & restaurants, there’s a 7/11 right across the street.
Beds were very comfortable, and the rain shower head in the bathroom was awesome! Trying to duplicate it at home. Balcony had a great view of the ocean & beach, and also the lift bridge; very cool!
Game room was fun, adults & teenagers enjoyed it! Can’t speak about the pool, we didn’t use it, only walked passed it to get to the beach.
I was worried about valet because we have only stayed where you parked yourself; it was a breeze! Valet was helpful, kind, and quick.
Ben was easy to communicate with and replied quickly.
Really enjoyed our stay. We miss Florida.

We enjoyed our stay at this property and if we were to return to the area, we would certainly consider staying here again.
The Pros:
Of all the beach condos we've rented, this unit was by far the most spacious- huge master bedroom with 2 large closets. The 2nd bedroom was very big as well and had its own walk in closet. As all rentals do, some wear and tear was noted, but it was quite clean in general. There was great communication with the property manager. The access to the beach was just a short walk. The unit's kitchen was very well-stocked and the unit provided 5 beach chairs and 3 beach umbrellas which were all in good shape. There were plenty of bath towels as well as beach towels provided as well.
The Cons-
Not a lot of restaurant choices in close walking distance, but there were some and it was workable. The shades in both bedrooms should be upgraded- they aren't in great shape & are cheap. There was a broom but no dustpan to sweep up the inevitable sand we'd track in after beach time (there was a vacuum however), and the bedside tables & couch side table could all use an update- they aren't in great shape and are cheap.

We found the property to be as advertised - on the beach, very clean and comfortable.
This is a great location between Ft. Lauderdale and Miami and close to the Hollywood Broadwalk.
The parking is very inexpensive and the parking team is friendly and professional.

Property was really nice, right next to beach, nice ocean view. Short walk for groceries. Not a ton of restaurants in the area, but enough to get by if needed. Instructions and communication was good. Staff were very helpful for the most part.

The property and view were great. I had arrived early and messaged Ben that we were here and he said he would check on early check in but never responded with a code so we did not get into the apartment until after 5 PM. We begin messaging at 9:30. Other than that the place is great.

This location was exactly as described and pictured. The view was beautiful, and the condo was comfortable. It was very easy to get to the beach. The host was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. I will stay here again if I return to the area!

This place is right on the beach! Just a short walk on a sandy path ( maybe 200 feet) and you are on the beach! Or, if you prefer, just before the path is the pool. The room is very spacious. All the beds are very comfy, pillows too. The place has all the amenities with a balcony view of the ocean. Also, there are beach chairs and umbrellas and beach toys in the room available to use. (That was wonderful) Those were nice and comfy as well! Books too! The showers were relaxing. Spacious, decorated nicely with strong water pressure for being towards the top fourth of the building. (basic toiletries available). The location is great! Again, right on the beach. Walking distance to restaurants (very good pizza place), bakery (serves sandwiches and delicious pasteries), convince store, and Wal-Mart. (Oh. If you go to the right on the beach in front of the Hollandale balloon there is a place to get coffees/teas, ice cream and some food) You are in the middle between Ft Lauderdale and Miami if you want to visit. Also you are about a 10 min drive to Aventura mall if you need any retail therapy. Overall, if you are looking for a reasonably priced, great location beach vacation, this is the place! Definitely will come back!

Wonderful week with my honey!!! Morning coffee on the balcony and a glass of Prosecco at night we’re so relaxing. Great condo; everything was super easy!! Attentive staff; great parking service $10.00 a day is a bargain; of course we tipped the staff. Had fun cooking breakfast and watching the waves while eating it!! Condo has everything beach chairs and supplies. I was very impressed. This end unit is the best set up!! I would stay here again 💯.

We booked this trip with some friends and really loved the location of the property. Some things inside though could really use some updating and maybe a good DEEP clean. We definitely weren’t a fan of paying $30/couple for key fobs that we never even used. The fobs didn’t work the one day we actually needed them & there’s no money back when you return them. Only one elevator worked the entire stay as well.
The condo itself is nice but could use some minor updates. Blinds don’t work well and just needs a very deep clean. But it’s close to the beach & had a nice pool.

Beautiful condo in a great location! Everything was in good condition and the view is magnificent. The cable TV was disappointing but it did have on demand shows. The valets and desk attendants were all very kind.
