IMPORTANT NOTES:

The Sian is undergoing a building exterior concrete restoration and window upgrade program. However, our line has been completed. There may be intermittent noise Monday through Friday during working hours. The pool may be closed for upgrades between September 30 and November 9, 2026. The balcony is open and views are not obstructed. More information will be provided to guests as details become available from building management. We will do everything possible to keep our guests comfortable during the program.

FOBS ARE SMALL PLASTIC ELECTRONIC DEVICES USED TO OPEN THE DOORS TO THE LOBBY, POOL, FITNESS CENTER AND GATE TO THE BEACH (NOT THE APARTMENT).  THE COST TO THE GUEST IS $30.00 FOR EACH FOB.  CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.   GUESTS WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO WEAR IDENTIFICATION BRACELETS DURING THEIR STAY THAT WILL BE GIVEN AT CHECK IN.

CONTRACT: A CONTRACT WILL BE SENT TO YOU UPON BOOKING FOR YOU TO COMPLETE AND SIGN

TV & INTERNET: THIS APARTMENT DOES NOT HAVE CABLE TV. FREE INTERNET AND WIFI ALONG WITH FREE INTERNET TV ACCESS IS PROVIDED.

House Rules:
Guests must provide government issued IDs, which include the guest’s name, current address, photo and date of birth for all guests 28 years or older.

Guests must complete and sign the electronic contract sent to them after booking listing the names of all occupants

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR RENTALS GREATER THAN 14 NIGHTS: Rentals with stays longer than 14 nights will be subject to a “NO REFUND” policy. All payments received are non-refundable should the renter wish to cancel at any time. This policy supersedes any other policy stated elsewhere in this document or in our on-line ads.
