Location.
Access to room was via a workshop and across patio. Towels require updating, however bathroom was very clean.

location was perfect, only seconds away from golden roof by walking.
it is very old (maybe historic) building in the center. So comfort of the room was below average. Thats only one big room with 4 beds, seperate bathroom and toilet. The kitchen is not usable, only one coffee maker without any coffee catriges ( i did communicate with owner for the coffee and some towels)
