Excellent location, large shower and bathroom, easy access to apartment at reception. Kitchen satisfactory. Fabulous view of mountain and old town from living area window.
Advertised as 2 bedrooms but this was not true. One bed was in the lounge area. The other was enclosed in a small space with no window. Ventilation in both the bedroom and living area was poor and portable aircon unit was noisy so could not be used at night. We realise that these are things you cannot change about the building but we suggest you are more honest about the sleeping arrangements so future guests are aware what to expect.

For me, this is one of the best accommodations I’ve stayed at throughout my journey. Located on the 3rd floor of the building, the apartment offers a great view of Innsbruck’s famous Golden Roof, which you can see right from the property.
The apartment has one large bed, plus a separate sleeping area with its own door, which gives you extra privacy and makes the space very comfortable, especially when traveling with friends or family.
A few things to keep in mind. I wouldn’t recommend this place for light sleepers or anyone who is sensitive to noise, as the area is a popular tourist spot with bars that stay open until late at night. In the morning, there can also be quite a bit of noise from delivery trucks and garbage collection vehicles.
One other thing to note is that the bathroom door is made of clear glass, so it may not be ideal if you’re traveling with someone who isn’t your partner, as there isn’t much privacy.

Posizione centrale, appartamento nuovo,ben accessoriato e pulito
Si potrebbe aggiungere il condizionatore per le giornate più calde perchè essendo all’ultimo piano il sole batte forte e l’aria calda si sente.
Attenzione all’acqua calda del miscelatore perchè se non si sa arriva davvero bollente
Per il resto tutto perfetto ci ritornerei sicuramente 🌟

The location is great, you cannot get any better. Staff were easy to get along with. And kitchen amenities were top notch!
The bathroom was a little run down - they were clean, however it could do with a little renovation to freshen it up. Biggest downside was the noise levels coming from outside. Being a light sleeper, I had to go out and buy ear plugs for the stay (of course the noise level coming from outside is out of the teams control) but for someone who’s willing to put up with it, everything else is fine :)
