The staff was very thoughtful, because there was a birthday party and we got an upgraded room in advance so that our stay will be peaceful. The self-check in was easy and quick and the apartment has give more than we expected (e.g.: vacuum). We also loved the bakery in the neighbor.

Clean appartments and everything was available in the kitchen, bathroom and additional place for kids. A supermarket is very close 1 min to the property.
The balcony/garden is shared. Price is too high

The appartment is nicely furbished and well-equipped with a terrasse with a view on the mountain. Very restfull and calm

quite and peaceful
owner blackmailed us!!
asking us to pay additional Euro 800 for a falls alarm at midnight making us a victim to pay, instead of compensating us.
no human involvement and a times it is dangerous as no one was there for half and hour to rescue/turn off the alarm.
all guests were disturbed.

We struggled with self checking stuff and number plate recognition but the owners/managers and team went out of their way to make it happen.

Nice and new apartments complex, few minutes by car from ski areas, few minute by car from Innsbruck, from municipal pool, 20m from Spar supermarket, underground parking; nordic &modern interior design, new furniture, quality appliances;
pleasant atmosphere, very helpful and nice bar staff; ski bus stop in front of the building
we felt excellent here, we would love to come back
we liked everything;if it had a small pool next to sauna ....it would be great
