Hai trovato una delle più grandi unità nel complesso di Kuilima Estates West. Questa ben progettata unità da bagno con 3 camere da letto 2 è perfetta per la tua prossima vacanza in famiglia. Al piano di sotto troverete un ampio soggiorno con una veranda coperta e sala da pranzo. C'è una grande cucina con una seconda opzione da pranzo. Al primo piano si trova la camera da letto principale dotata di letto matrimoniale, TV a schermo piatto, aria condizionata. C'è anche un bagno con vasca al piano di sotto pure. Al piano superiore troverete 2 camere da letto con 2 letti singoli, aria condizionata, ventilatore a soffitto e TV a schermo piatto. Camera 3 si trova al piano superiore con 2 letti singoli e una TV a schermo piatto. C'è un bagno al piano superiore con doccia e vasca. C'è una lavatrice / asciugatrice nell'unità e tutte le unità sono dotate di accesso WiFi gratuito. We had such a great time staying on the North Shore. The condo was in a great location. The condo’s pool was lovely, and it is very close proximity to the Turtle Bay resort and beach. Tons of food trucks nearby and lots of other great beaches. It was only a 30 minute drive to the Kualoa Ranch.
The kitchen was very well stocked. Having three bedrooms for our family was great so all the kids could have some space from each other during our vacation. The condo had beach chairs, a pool noodle, a cooler, snorkel gear, lots of towels, and a high chair. We loved it here!

We loved staying here. It was perfect for us. Everything worked great in the condo and was well stocked. Nichole was great to work with and gave us tips on activities and beaches. I would stay here again.

Is the perfect place to stay on the North Shore! Very sensual to all the things you want to do. The AC units works great, but we prefer to open the windows and let the cool breeze come in. It was an amazing experience!

We only stayed a few days here for our north shore time. It was a nice, quiet location which was close to turtle bay resort where we had appetizers and drinks on the patio while watching surfers and also seeing the beautiful sunset. On our last night we had a delicious dinner in one of the fine dining restaurants. In addition, we were within 15 minutes to Waimea Valley Falls were we walked the botanical gardens and also attended the Toa Luau which was excellent. Overall great trip!

Beautiful condo and surprisingly quiet. The screened in lanai became my favorite spot to have coffee and watch the sunrise, it was magical! There is great communication about the property and the checkin process was easy, which we greatly appreciated after having flight delays plus the drive and getting in late. I love how many amenities are offered; it came with multiple beach chairs, snorkeling sets, coolers, boogie boards, umbrellas, and water shoes!
The only suggestion I would make is to switch out the upstairs twin beds because they squeak so badly throughout the night and the kids woke one another up repeatedly just by rolling over in bed.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The process and property worked fine, the pool is a little dated, and no gas bbq’s, that would have been nice to grill. Rooms are set up fine, we just found a few cockroaches 1-2 a day, usually legs in the air except for one day we had to chase one out of the bedrooms. Condo was well stocked with dishes, pots, beach chairs, towels etc. only thing is I wish they would have left more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, there was 2-4 people at one time and we had to buy more rolls. We stayed 9 days. Downstairs shower needs to be snaked as it backs up.

Great access to beaches, small eateries and desserts! Sparsely furnished but very nice. An hour drive to the main attractions and airport.

Our second time staying in these condos at Turtle Bay and first time in this unit. Checkin was a breeze and the condo was great. We were there over Thanksgiving for just over a week. There were six of us and we loved the number of beds available and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the sun porch on the back that opened to the golf course. There were lots of chairs, boogie boards, snorkle gear, and beach items available which really nice. The unit was clean and the kitchen had all the dishes, pans, and utensils we needed, all in good shape. The kitchen appliances all worked great.
The only only complaints were that the AC units didn't really work at all and there were a number of burned out light bulbs. Thankfully the weather cooperated with temperatures in the high 70s and a light breeze through the nights and we could just leave the windows cracked. All in all we loved it and would definitely stay again!

The window AC units in the lower and back upper bedrooms need to be serviced or replaced. Very hot in the rooms making it impossible to sleep. We were here for my daughters wedding so getting showered and dressed we were all soaked and sweaty. I have never given a negative VRBO review prior to this. We were very disappointed having such a hot humid uncomfortable stay.

Lovely area, and neighborhood. Grounds were immaculate. Rental was perfect for our situation. My only complaint is the unit is showing its age and needs refreshing and upgrading. Everything in working condition and adequate, however.

The property in and of itself was fine, but we had to kill and throw away multiple cockroaches. Also it felt like the property hadn’t been cleaned other than the sheets and towels for a few stays before us. If I had to go back to the north shore I wouldn’t stay here

Great location just minutes from Turtle Bay resort and a short walk to Turtle Bay itself. This condo was just as the pictures represent. As I didn’t want to be near the craziness of Waikiki, I chose this site in North Shore. Cute and quiet, this split-level unit was perfect for our family of 6. The lanai opens directly onto the 9th hole of the Turtle Bay golf course. Parking is by permit and security was helpful in getting this handled quickly. Due to this condo complex being somewhat remote, you will need to drive to all services (grocers, food trucks, shops, etc.) Plan ahead and stop at Wal Mart on the way in, or Food Land in Haleiwa (30 minutes away). Furniture and fixtures were in good condition, and the weather was mellow, so we did not need to use the wall-mounted air conditioners located in the bedrooms. The unit has tile or laminate throughout, keeping it low maintenance (no carpet). Unit was clean with the exception of the grout on the floor and the refrigerator. Minor issues, and not deal breakers. I would recommend this rental to anyone interested.
