The venue was out of this world, a place to remember. Very clean rooms. Location was easy to access The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly.
The time we have spent there was too short and we will definitely visit the place every time we visit Newcastle. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

Registration was quick and easy, and the owner and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We greatly appreciated the availability and attentiveness of both the barman and chef. The service was excellent throughout our stay, making the experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!
The shower had a leak at floor level, which caused water to seep onto the bathroom floor.
