The property is close to the exhibition centre

It’s in a very busy area and you cannot easily get a cab in the morning if you don’t want to walk in the heat. The reception also said she couldn’t call me a taxi

Staff inside restaurant very poor and spoke virtually no English

The staff were nice but they need to be more trained in hospitality. There was an incident where they started to charge for the rooms in the middle of the night. I didn't get a warning or a reminder about it, which made me believe it was a scam payment being made into my card. Then they called to my room stating about the payment. Such incidents could have been avoided.

The facilities were mediocre at best. The towels were worn out and was torn. They used paper cups instead of regular glass, their breakfast was very poor. The location was directly in front of a garage making it dusty and very unpleasant. Some sections of the floor in our room has dips in it which made me question the structural quality of the rooms. For the hefty price we had to pay, this was not at all worth it. It also didnt feel like ramada or a five star hotel. It should be a three star at best

Small rooms with no facilities, don't even provide cups and glasses in room. Gave paper cups

As a five star hotel there no tissue papers in the room, most TV channels are Turkish & the breakfast minu is not that good
