The location was excellent and was very clean

The windows did not let you see the nice view properly or get air into the room. I just wish the windows would allow you to see the view then I would rate it 11/10!

Like being at home but without having to do the washing or cleaning! Own key access but still had 24hr reception personnel. Just 15minutes from rail station 10 minutes to centre, 10minute to rugby ground (Rodney Parade) my destination/reason for trip. Stayed 3 times and cannot fault anything. Due to unusual warm weather when going into apartment expected it would be stuffy -but oh no -air conditioning units in both main room and bedroom already on and cooling! Exceptional forethought by provider. 20/10 !!!! All you could want was waiting for you ' tea coffee, sugar, hand cleanser, cutlery, plates, pans, cooker, microwave, dishwasher even, dining table and chairs, settee, TV. Bathroom very well done including shower/shampoo , soap lovely white towels, Bedroom sizeable, comfortable mattress, choice of soft or firm pillows ,wardrobe plus hangers, hairdryer. Superb will be going back again without a doubt

The carparking was in a dodgy carpark. Felt unsafe going back to car. Especially when you see signs saying "drug users and vagrants beware, cctv in operation!'

Ideal location as I was working at Rodney Parade. Reception desk was staffed so easy to be issued with the key. The apartment exceeded my expectations. It was very spacious, clean, very comfortable bed with excellent bathroom and kitchen facilities. The view from the ninth floor was an added bonus.

Having to pay £10 for early arrival, one hour before alloted 3pm 'official' check in time, even though our apartment was ready. £5 car park fee, payable to hosts. Acceptable, but car park was being used as temporary accommodation for a few poor homeless souls. Grim at night time. A floor to ceiling pillar bang in the middle of our bedroom. Windows do not open. All Windows are one complete sealed unit. The strong smell of spicy food on furnishings.

Spacious modern tidy and full equipped with everything you would need. Staff amazing and helpful.

Parking not attached. Not really anything that can be done but it’s a little bit scary late at night in the dark when the stairs are locked off and you have to go up the ramps of the multi story. Homeless men in there which is uncomfortable

A great stay, we used it for accommodation to renew our passport. The apartment was great. We were pleasantly surprised by the air con, Wi-Fi, lovely bathroom and the comprehensive kitchen which we didn’t use. The bed was very comfortable. All staff onsite were delightful including security gentlemen. The NCP car park next door was very convenient.

There were two things we didn’t like but want to mention them to reassure other potential customers. The car park NOT owned by quay apartments was very dirty and quite unsavoury. We were very nervous leaving our German Car in it overnight. OUR CAR WAS FINE we didn’t need to worry. The only other thing was the hair dryer cord was short and no plug near a mirror.

Friendly on reception, home comforts provided. Apartment was bigger than expected, clean and had all appliances available and more of staying longer.

Toilet flush was not working, no one to help after 11:00 O’clock pm till 7:00 am I complained next morning but no body to help
