Harmony & Comfort at the Vatican Museum

Mi è piaciuta la posizione, il silenzio del posto e la cortesia di Richard. La camera e stata pulita e riordinata tutti i giorni.

In ogni struttura in cui sono stata in Italia ed all'estero, all'arrivo trovavo una bottiglietta d'acqua, o un cioccolatino...un qualcosa che esprimesse accoglienza e benvenuto...qui è mancato. Inoltre, sarebbe utile informare gli ospiti che prima di raggiungere l'ascensore c'è una lunga scalinata da fare.

Richard was extremely helpful and kind. The place is in an amazing location for the price. Has basic items for cooking and eating.

AC needs your key to work but you need to take it with you obviously. When its hot you want to come back to a cool room. Richard while on site was able to keep a key in it for us which we appreciated so much.

The room was quite well-maintained and clean, with a nice bathroom featuring a hydromassage shower (even though we didn't use it) and plenty of hot water. The room also had a tiny kitchenette with a pot and electric kettle, which was great for making coffee and breakfast. The croissants, juices, and coffee provided were very tasty! ​The host was extremely nice and explained everything clearly to us. We also loved the room lighting you could change the colors with a remote control, which was a lot of fun. The location is fantastic, very close to the Vatican with great metro and bus connections. The air conditioning in the room worked well too. Plus, we had fresh towels, made beds, and the room cleaned every day. Overall, everything was really good!

The only downside was the bed, which really needs to be replaced. We stayed in a triple room, and the headboard of one of the beds was literally crumbling, and the underside was shedding black flakes everywhere. In the morning, we woke up covered in little black dots from the peeling material of the bed.

The location was great for the things we wanted to see and do. The worker who was there during the day was great. The room was clean.

The owner or manager. Complete jerk and bully. I had issues with ac and he yelled at me and told me he didn’t have to speak English and kept yelling at me asking if I spoke Italian. Beyond condescending. Has a video camera with sound and watches way more than he should! Super creepy! I have his text from WhatsApp that are awful. I have videos of dog barking below us and he kept saying I was a liar and then told me to go find the owner and tell them to make it be quiet. I’ve NEVER ran into such a mean person in my life! Do some research before you book here, having an owner be a jerk isn’t worth any amount of savings. The shower didn’t work well. The ac is not big enough or powerful enough to cool off the 4 person bed room we stayed in. Our friends stayed in another room and they felt the same as we did. I don’t leave negative reviews hardly ever. Maybe one time in my life before this. I rely on reviews. Most of my time is spent traveling and so I’m tired of people not being honest about their stays.
