Situated perfectly. The best and most welcoming hosts, Erica and her husband. They are extremely helpful. Great hospitality.
The place has everything, we were looking for regarding a stay i Rome. We would stay there again, - no doubt :-)

The location was extremely good for me; I needed to be near the Vatican, and this is about as close as it gets. I was originally a bit surprised that late check-ins were considered difficult, but Erica and Gianni turned out to be the best hosts one could hope for. Very sweet and helpful, providing a breakfast basket and even some snacks. The B&B is also close to a subway station and the restaurant tip I received worked out very well too...
The one minor (very minor) discomfort is the early check-out time (at 10.30). That said, given the context, such an early time makes sense, so no complaints...

This B and B is located very conveniently. It is outside the Vatican walls and close to two subway stations that permit you to visit the important sites of Rome. The place is very clean. The room and the attached bathroom are very spacious. The room is air conditioned and has a small fridge. This B and B has a shared very well stocked and equipped kitchen. Gianni, the owner, is very pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. He supplied us with snacks and juices. Gianni is very accessible if necessary. We enjoyed our stay.
