Clean, close to everything

Ac was not great. When we opened the windows to cool off it was very noisy being in the center of everything

The room was nicely furnished and the bed was very comfy. Everything was very clean, and the shower was spacious and powerful. The location was incredibly convenient for all of the main sights in Florence, and the staff were very helpful. My food allergies were accommodated very well, and they added special touches for our honeymoon.

A small of noise was still audible, but this is expected given the central location. The venue does provide earplugs, and if you open the windows for a moment, you’ll appreciate how much noise the windows already keep out.

Renascentia was the perfect way to start our Italian trip! The location couldn’t have been better—easy walking distance to all the attractions, a sandwich shop right at the entrance, and a view of the Duomo at night. Florence really was showing off, and we were happy to encourage it. We stayed in the penthouse, with an elevator that opened directly into our place. Super convenient, and it took us approximately three seconds to become people who felt they needed a private elevator entrance. The staff were so kind and welcoming, and the service was wonderful. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the showers were great, and the place stayed cool—a very welcome homecoming after exploring Florence. Despite everything happening around us, it was quiet at night, and we loved hearing the Duomo bells chime. Between the view, the comfort, and focaccia sandwiches waiting downstairs, we felt we had made some exceptionally good life choices. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to begin our Italian adventure!

The streets were super narrow, but as pedestrians, we happily left that puzzle to the drivers. Our real complaint is that we now expect a private elevator and focaccia downstairs everywhere we stay. Completely unreasonable, but here we are.

Beautiful hotel in a phenomenal location. Excellent and very helpful staff. Would absolutely stay again.
