The location was perfect, lots of nice restaurants walking distance, the staff was super friendly, breakfast was great! rooms were clean and big and bed was very comfortable.
for a hotel in colombia the land of coffee, the coffee served at breakfast was bad. And no restaurant in the hotel itself. Only breakfast area. It would be nice if the breakfast area would turn into rooftop restaurant or bar in the afternoon/ evening (great view).

The staff was friendly, perfect location close to pool facilities, lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Very friendly people in Ibague! Loved it!
that there were no lunch or dinner options. but it was okay because lots of possibilities in the neighbourhood.

The breakfast was very good with lots of choices even for a vegetarian. 😃
