We wanted to be near to plaza Bolivar and Cathedral and it was for that matter perfect. We were in transit with little time to visit Points of Interest. We also appreciate the included parking. Hotel is inside a city Mall, which is practical for day shopping.
Staff very friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent hints and restaurant's referrals.
Breakfast options could be better, with no options for glutenfree or vegetal milk. Low average for what we have seen in Colombia. Hotel facilities are getting old and requires eventually a refreshing.
Good for business, less for night walk around. You will need car or taxi to got to thegood restaurants area (Restaurant Salvador & Milagros area)

It is the best place to stay in Ibague´s downtown. Clean, Comfortable, good, and kind staff.
The noise outside during the night. Maybe they can get soundproof glass for the windows.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Showers were hot. Hotel was attached to a shopping mall and in the centro commercial. Walkable to shopping, banks, restaurants, parks. We felt safe walking at night. Breakfast buffet was good, with many selections. Air conditioning!
Internet was UNSTABLE and could not do many streaming tasks. Not sure the value was there for the cost. View from our room was the building across the way and roofs.

Location is located in an area a little bit crowded, with unpleasant people in the surroundings.

The location of the hotel is in the center of the city, where is too crowded and a lot of noise, I did my check-in after 3 PM, and I did not have any issue, also was possible to have a parking in the hotel.

The Stuff were nice and helpful
It says, There is a gym in the hotel. but none of equipment are not working. In addition, There is no slippery in rooms

it’s quite old, we know the franchise and thought it was going to be better but it is like a 2,3 star hotel.
we arrived late and it was really scary around the area, it is in the city center (not exactly the best place)

Fantastic dinner!!. Cazuela de mariscos was absolutely amazing. Other dishes also great!
