The employees are pleasant and the hotel itself is quite atmospheric, there is quite nice garden. And yes, it's relatively close to airport (but to be fair even city center is not so far). But I had enough...impressions from the rooms themselves.

Had a layover and I decided to save a bit, for a change, and it was completely not worth it! It is better to pay 45 euros instead of 35 and stay in an excellent Metropol than here, for such a price. Still can't understand why in Yerevan there is generally such a bad ratio of hotel quality / price, really, one of the worst of many places I've been to, for real. COCROACH. This is the first time in my life when I saw a cockroach in the hotel, when I went into the bathroom, he ran from behind the door to the toilet. Cockroach! Because of this, I slept with the light in the bathroom and the door closed, if I saw the second one, I think I would just "throw out" those 35 eur and leave for another place, even during night. WRONG ADDRESS. Secondly, the adress of hotel on Booking (and on Google btw) is just wrong. I took the adress itself and my taxi took me to some building several blocks closer to the city, at about 1am, mind. Thanks to a driver who actually called the place and drove me there and didn't leave me there at night. HOT WATER. While taking a shower - hot water just stopped flowing after about 2 minutes, I waited for several minutes and had to wash my head in cold water because hot water just wan't coming. USED TOWELS. The shower towel in the bathroom had a feeling when you touch it that it was already used before and not washed after (after staying in many hotels around world you kinda know how to recognise it)... But small face towel was fine. The matress was really firm as well, wasn't comfortable at all. And in the morning owner asked how was my stay, I told "well, I guess ok for one night)))", and he answered "what did you expect for such a price?". Unbelieavable... Mind that the price isn't that low if we compare with other places in Yerevan, and you add a bit more and you can stay in muucch better places.

The owner was nice and helpful. I needed to check in at the 4:30-5am, he explained everything and didn’t bother till the morning to deal with the check in and payment. The location is pretty close to the airport, but pretty far from the city center. The bed was very hard but comfortable and the shower needs a good deep cleaning….

Unfortunately the owner is a very heavy smoker, and everything was stinking like cigarettes… I couldn’t stay more than 2 min. in the foyer, as I had a feeling the man never lost a cigarette from his hand… even worst was, that everything in the room smelled like cigarettes😕 even my bed… the linen were fresh washed, but still smelled like cigarettes, as all my clothes I was wearing and basically everything that touched the sofa/bed in the room ended up stinking. As a person that doesn’t smoke and actually hates the smell of it, it was extremely uncomfortable and bothering, but at that point I didn’t have a choice. Ended up with a headache, luckily the man gave me a painkiller, unfortunately his nasty habit caused it in the first place.

Simple family run place very close to the international airport. Ok accommodation if you have to catch an early flight (and all flights are basically in the middle of night or very early morning).

I didn't ordered a breakfast. The location is good: near the main road to the airport and on the way to Etchmiadzin. The staff was very welcoming. The owner even took me to the supermarket by his car :-)

There was no air conditioning in the room. But there was a new electric fan and the weather was tolerable enough.

It is located close to the airport. You can get to the place from the airport by minibus 201, which starts running at 7:00. You can also get to the city center by minibus, for example by minibus 203. You can check into your room at any time. Quiet at night. The room has a TV, Wi-Fi, a shower room, a sofa and a bed.

The owner smokes a lot, so there is a smell of tobacco smoke in the room, as well as in the whole house. If you need privacy in the room, some rooms will not suit you then, there is a glass door in the room and shower room, the blinds on the windows that overlook directly to the terrace do not close the window. It seems to me that the price for such a room is a bit overpriced.

The place was coherent with descriptions and photos and a good value for the money ! You can use a basic little kitchen with a kettle, 2 fires, a fridge and some tableware. The hosts were pleasant !
