The hotel itself was quite modern, comfortable and hosts were very helpful
The fan caught on fire and the location was a bit far from the city centre

Too far from the city

It was close to the center of Yerevan, it’s clean, newly renovated and very calm neighborhood
The shower faucet was leaking and it was complicated to have a shower

Authentic but quiet neighbourhood. The property is secure, clean, and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful, just like most Armenians. I was lucky to catch an early deal, so it was great value for money. Overall, I pretty much enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place.
The hotel is a bit off the city centre, however the bus stop is just a few steps away, so there’s no big deal.
