Good central location in old town Hanoi. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Room was mostly clean (some hairs found around in bathroom) and is on the smaller size however it was manageable for me for 1 night. Property appears a bit older however given the price, this can be overlooked.

Value for money & friendly staff
There was a minor hiccup in the room & upon request the owner understood the issue & addressed it through a refund & a room upgrade

Breakfast was great lots of choices and eggs made to order. Great location right in the old quarter, close to everything. The rooms were small but adequate and it’s was nice a quiet. Aircon good. The staff were really helpful and friendly and jack was an added bonus of useful info for bookings and in fact booked out halong bay tour. I would stay again
