Lovely clean and comfortable room, lots of snacks and drinks, breakfast had an amazing selection of food. Overall really great staying here.
Area is typical Old Quarter - it's very safe but just very busy and crowded nearby.

All the staff were lovely and helpful. I had some ATM issue, it ate my card, and they helped deal with that and took me to meet the bank technician so I could get my card back.
Everyone was very friendly.
My room was very nice with a surprisingly comfortable bed.
Breakfast was plentiful and varied.
The location was a nice walk to the lake. Plenty of everything all around.
I had a massage and Victor certainly found all “the spots”. Highly recommend.

Great location! The hotel is within walking distance of all the main attractions, which is perfect if you want to be close to everything.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the front desk is open 24/7. The hotel also has a spa, and the breakfast was varied and good.
the rooms were disappointing. They were small and cramped with windows that had no view. The room cleanliness wasn't great either.
A bit expensive for what you get.
