Room service breakfast, location by the sea

Feels a bit outdated

Room was spacious, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great.

The reception people in the SPA were not very welcoming especially if you are not doing extra charge service such as massage, I went there couple of time and they did not even bother to reply to my « good morning ».

Location is good, beach is excellent, room needed a good cleanup specially the carpet.

tea and coffee inside the room were short of supply.

The breakfast, the pool, the spacious rooms itself, a fabulous stay on the whole!

Felt like the bathrooms were spacious but could do with a bit of an upgrade on the interiors.

Requested House Keeping, but nobody showed up. The bathroom kits (Tooth brush and Shaving) were not available. Car service was really bad. No space to park your car and you have to beg them to pick up your bags. The quality of the breakfast.

A hidden gem. Perfect for family getaways. Spacious rooms. Excellent facilities.

Linen didn’t smell as fresh as I would have liked

اتمنى التنوع في الافطار وكذلك اخر يوم في الاقامة كان الفندق زحمة ووقت الافطار من كثر طبخ البيض ولعدم وجوظ شفاطات للرائحة كان الامر يسبب ضيق من شدة رائحة دخان طبخ البيض

الفندق جميل وراقي والشكر موصول للآنسة هند في الاستقبال على الاستقبال الرائع وعلى الخدمة الممتازة

السعر مبالغ فيه قليلا واتمنى ان يكون هناك عروض للتشجيع في زيارة الفندق

The staff was helpful and friendly, especially "Mohammed", the bellboy. Enjoyed very much the breakfast buffet, one item was missing at the buffet "Fish". I enjoy having fish (e.g.: smoked salmon) on my toast.

The next-door rooms were very noisy, during our last night, their kids rang our doorbell at 1.30 am, which woke me up then I could not go back to sleep. It is a shame the weather was so nice and we could not have breakfast outside.

Everything was very good, especially the facilities, beach and pool.

ازعاج وكل الاصوات في الغرف والممرات والتاخير في اجراء الحجز والتاخير عند الخروج من الفندق ولايجيبون على الهاتف وانا في الفندق ويقولون لايوجد ماء اضافي فقط 2 ولايمكن توفيرها الا بمقابل المال ولم يرشدنا احد عن ماذا يوجد في الفندق كانت اقامه سيئه جدا والحجز كان ل شخصين وطفل وعند طلبي لسرير طفل لم يتم توفيره وقالو لايوجد سرير

موظفي الاستقبال قمة السوء ولاتوجد لديهم الخبرة الكافية من حيث اللباقة اللباس وكيفية التعامل مع الزوار حتى المديرة كانت قمة السوء وليس لها خبرة بهذا المجال حيث عند وصولي الي غرفة الفندق كانت الرائحة سيئة جدا . بالصراحخ خاب املى من انه فندق 5 نجوم

تجربة مميزة، موقع الفندق رائع وقريب من وسط المدينة، للفندق شاطيء رملي جميل، كل اطلالات الغرف جيدة، أجملها من وجهة نظري إطلالة المرسى ومن ثم إطلالة البحر وبركة السباحة ... توجد بلكونات متصلة بالغرف، أحببنا المكان كثيراً

Nothing good at all

The staff are very rude and poor in hospitality. The front office person his name is Ahmed was very rude. I greeted him and he didn’t say anything and I told him to put a smile on and he didn’t reply at all. He didn’t know how to check us in so he called his manager and wasted our time. He kept in speaking in Arabic although I had 3 guests with me non Arabic speakers. The room was supposed to be for two people and the didn’t have the essential things for two. 1 shower gel 1 shampoo 1 towel and no bath robes. The next day I asked for complimentary water which all 5 stars hotel supply their guests with but they stayed that I have to pay for it!!!. My wife had and injury due to the high waves at the sea and the hotel didn’t had a clinic or a nurse or any kind of emergency help which can’t be accepted in 5 stars hotels. I spoke to the front office manager about this kind of hospitality service and how it made our trip so unbelievably bad so she offered us a late check out until 4 pm as a compensation however, the unskilled and unprofessional staff at the front desk kept calling us and said get out or you’ll have to pay extra money late check out. This was the most unpleasant experience for us in all the hotels we’ve been to and we have been to a lot. The smile is what makes the guest welcomed and the nice gestures what makes the stay remarkable no matter what shape the staff or the hotel looks like. Don’t go there, many more choices in Fujairah better with greater money value.
