GREAT VILLA IN FRONT OF THE SEA AND SPECTACULAR VIEWS TO THE BAY
VILLA CA'N TORRENS si trova nella zona residenziale più esclusiva nel nord di Maiorca. Le camere sono confortevoli distribuite su due piani (per la privacy aggiunto) con riscaldamento centralizzato per l'inverno e aria condizionata in tutte le stanze e una sala per l'estate. La casa è RECENTEMENTE RIFORMATA e con mobili nuovi di zecca.
Il layout della casa:
Al primo piano abbiamo una camera da letto matrimoniale (un letto per due persone) con bagno en suite, soggiorno con camino, TV satellitare e ampie finestre che vive per godere della vista spettacolare sulla baia di Alcudia a soli 10 metri dal mare. Una grande cucina ben attrezzata e dispensa. Tutte le camere hanno accesso alla terrazza (ideale per rilassarsi con la famiglia o gli amici pasti), lavanderia e bagno per gli ospiti.
Al piano terra c'è un grande barbecue grill e forno maiorchino, una camera matrimoniale (un letto per due persone) con bagno en suite con vista sul mare. Tre camere da letto doppie (con due letti singoli) e un bagno completo accanto alle camere da letto. Una grande terrazza ideale per prendere il sole o leggere un buon libro, con accesso diretto al mare.
Tutte le camere e soggiorno sono dotate di aria condizionata.
Il consumo di energia (kWh 0. 31 euro) e ecotassa non sono inclusi nel prezzo e verrà detratto dal deposito di € 300 il giorno della partenza. In caso di rottura o danno verrà detratto dal deposito rimanente.

A group of five, we absolutely loved our stay in this home with a breathtaking view and fantastic location in the Alcanada neighborhood of Alcudia. To start the day with breakfast overlooking the water with the morning sun streaming in was only surpassed by moonlight over the water (and in our case a full moon). The house was very well equipped, the kitchen especially and the multi-leveled outdoor spaces were perfect for everything from rocking to sunbathing to eating, sleeping and working. The neighborhood has a couple of fantastic restaurants to enjoy--both with views--as recommended by our very hospitable host. We appreciated Toni's advice on all subjects, including an English speaking taxi driver, and his quick attention to questions or concerns. Coming after our walk on the Camino Santiago, our stay in Alcudia surpassed expectations and met all our needs. What a wonderful time and memory!

this was a great property. The house is huge. But, oh, the deck!! Nobody wanted to leave deck. So beautiful sitting there looking at the water. The owner was super helpful. When I asked him where the closest supermarket was, he told us he goes right past it and he would lead us there. Spoiler alert, so nice of him, but really not needed. Take the first exit on the 2 roundabouts and drive into town. We had one small problem, and I texted him and someone was there in 15 minutes. There is construction of 2 houses right across the street, but no worries, inside the house and on the deck all you heard was the lapping of the water on the shore line. There is a path in front of the houses right on the shore line that goes for I would say 1/2 mile. it's a great walk in the morning. The house itself is not new and modern, I would describe it as comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. All in and all a great place to stay. Convenient to lots of things. Book it, you will love it.

Everything about our stay was perfect. From the location (walkable to Alcudia Port, Alcanada Golf, hiking trails and beaches) to the host (SO accessible, responsive, helpful and friendly) to the house (View was amazing, the ocean was swimable right out the back gate, plenty of space and ammenities). We only wish we could have stayed longer.
