Finca Casou unfolds as a serene six-bedroom retreat with a private pool, designed for families and friends seeking generous space, comfort and the soft hush of Mallorca’s countryside. Set between Pollensa and Alcudia, the property offers an enticing backdrop of rolling hills and glimpses of the sea, creating an inviting setting for long, sun-drenched days and leisurely evenings.

The approach leads along a private driveway with parking for three to four cars before opening into a series of outdoor spaces arranged for peaceful relaxation. The pool terrace offers loungers and a four-poster outdoor bed for moments of quiet indulgence, while the expansive back terrace invites al fresco dining, poolside gatherings and spirited table-tennis matches. A wood-burning pizza oven stands ready for those who enjoy adding a flourish to outdoor dining, complemented by a traditional barbecue and a shaded porch perfect for unwinding.

Inside, a welcoming hall leads into a thoughtfully arranged interior that pairs modern comfort with Mallorcan character. The main living room features a large sofa and smart TV, with a separate reading corner offering a tucked-away retreat. The spacious kitchen blends traditional styling with contemporary amenities, providing everything needed for family meals around the adjoining dining table.

The layout adapts seamlessly to multi-family groups, arranged across three distinct sections. The ground floor offers two en-suite bedrooms ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. Four further en-suite bedrooms occupy the upper level, where two of these rooms can be closed off to create a private two-bedroom apartment accessed from the back terrace.

Beyond the estate, Pollensa and Alcudia offer a tapestry of cultural treasures, coastal beauty and Mediterranean living. Pollensa’s historic streets promise boutiques, markets and memorable dining, while Alcudia’s ancient walls and cobbled lanes offer their own quiet charm. The beaches of Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa and Playa de Muro provide golden sands and turquoise waters for relaxed days under the sun.

Please note that the stove in the living/dining area and the fireplace in the kitchen are ornamental only and must not be used. The outdoor barbecue and wood-burning pizza oven on the terrace, however, are fully available for guest enjoyment.
