Tucked away just outside the residential quarter of Puerto Pollença, this sprawling 500m² villa sits on a private 1,200m² plot in Mallorca's northernmost town. Built to host large families or groups of friends, it comfortably sleeps up to twelve across six generously sized bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. A grand staircase opens onto a light-filled living space, where oversized French windows blur the line between indoors and out, flowing into a dedicated dining area and a kitchen equipped for every need.

The grounds are made for slow mornings and long evenings alike. A fenced garden gives children room to roam, while a barbecue area, a ping pong table, and a shaded porch keep the adults entertained. At the centre of it all lies a private pool measuring 9 by 4.5 metres, and every bedroom steps out onto its own terrace or balcony. Air conditioning, central heating, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi round out the comforts, whatever the season.

The setting is hard to beat: a sandy beach just 500 metres away, a quiet rocky cove only 150 metres from the door, and the buzz of Puerto Pollença's harbourside restaurants and shops a short 1.5-kilometre stroll away. A golf course lies 7 kilometres out, with Palma de Mallorca Airport roughly an hour's drive at 60 kilometres. Between the pool and the Mediterranean itself, there's no shortage of ways to cool off here.
