Set on a spacious plot with uninterrupted views of the countryside, reaching as far as the coast, the villa features 6 bedrooms (4 doubles and 2 twins), all with en suite bathrooms and equipped with air conditioning, ensuring maximum comfort and independence for every guest. The layout is thoughtfully arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, there are 2 en suite bedrooms, ideal for families with young children. Upstairs, 4 additional en suite bedrooms provide further privacy, and two of them can be closed off to create a separate 2-bedroom apartment with independent access from the back terrace. This flexible design allows the house to be divided into three distinct apartment-style areas if desired. Inside, you will find a bright and spacious living room with a large sofa, Smart TV and a separate reading corner, as well as a generous traditional kitchen featuring a large dining table, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine.

Outdoors, the private 7 x 4 m swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers, a covered porch and a large rear terrace offering plenty of space to relax, dine and enjoy the open air. Gather together for al fresco dining on the spacious rear terrace, complete with a barbecue area and a wood-fired pizza oven perfect for creating homemade specialities. For entertainment and friendly competition, guests can enjoy a table tennis table, a pool table and a football table, making the villa ideal for all ages. Alternatively, unwind beneath the covered porch, a peaceful spot to escape the sun and relax.

Villa Ca Sonaris is located just 4.7 km from Alcudia and 6.8 km from Pollensa, both known for their historic old towns, weekly markets, boutique shops and excellent restaurants. Alcudia Beach is only 5.8 km away, while Puerto Pollensa Beach is 9.8 km from the property. Playa de Muro, famous for its white sand and crystal-clear, shallow waters, is also within easy reach, making it perfect for families. The historic walled city of Alcudia and the marina in Puerto Pollensa offer a wonderful mix of culture, seaside charm and leisure activities.
