La casa è su due piani, si trova sulla costa ovest di Calasetta che guarda verso l'isola di San Pietro. La strada dove si trova la casa e chiusa al traffico quindi risulta molto tranquilla e silenziosa: davanti il mare e alle spalle il paese. La casa ha due piani: a pianterreno c'è la cucina, la zona pranzo, un bagno con doccia, il ripostiglio con la lavatrice e un cortile esterno con ombrellone per il giorno. Nel cortile c'è un tavolo per cenare la sera sotto un tetto di stelle e una doccia esterna. Al piano di sopra: camera con due letti con balcone che guarda il paese e il mare del porto, bagno con doccia con grande lucernario, camera da letto con balcone con vista mare e panorama sull'isola di San Pietro. Nel cortile c'è una riserva d'acqua di circa 3.000 litri. le stanze sono tutte dotate di aria condizionata fredda/calda.
La casa si trova a tre minuti a piedi dal mare, spiaggia di sottotorre. la spiaggia si raggiunge in tre minuti appunto con un percorso comodo anche per famiglie con bambini e passeggino al seguito. Sottotorre è una spiaggia di sabbia e con ai lati scogli ottima per famiglie ma anche per chi vuole stare isolato nella tranquillità e nel silenzio.
Vista mozzafiato sul mare e sull'isola di San Pietro. Posizione tranquilla e silenziosa a due passi dal centro del paese, nella parte alta ventilata e fresca. parcheggio sottocasa o in prossimità.
Calasetta è un crocevia di lingue e culture. Si parla Genovese antico,Tabarchino Catalano e il Sardo.

The Sant’Antioco’s island is connected with the Sardinia’s island by a bridge (Istmo). The house has two floors and is situated on the west coast of Calasetta, which faces the San Pietro island. the house's road is closed to traffic therefore is a quiet and peaceful spot: in front of the house there is the sea and at the back the country. As i said the house has two floor: at the ground-floor there is the kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a laundry, a dining room and a little backyard with a big umbrella for the daytime and a third shower with hot water.
At the first floor: a bedroom with two beds, a balcony, which faces the country, an other bathroom with shower and with a skylight, a second bedroom with a double bed and another balcony which faces the sea and the san pietro island.
In the backyard you can find a supply of water of 3,000 liters.
All the rooms have air conditioners (cold/hot air).
It's possible to arrive at the beach (Sotto-torre) in three minutes by following a simple and comfortable path. The Sotto-torre's beach is mostly compound by sand but there are also stones at the edge of the beach. A great place for families and also for those who would like to enjoy a peaceful place by themselves.
Breathtaking view on the sea and on the San Pietro’s island. Queit place near the center of the country, in the upper and airy part of the country surrounded by fresh and healthy air. Parking under the house or in the proximity.
