Casa Vacanza Nenè is a comfortable villa in a scenic location in Calasetta, ideal for a holiday of crystal-clear seas, relaxation and unforgettable sunsets. Its highlight is the stunning view of the sea and San Pietro island.

The villa is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, it has a private garden area, a convenient parking space within the property and a barbecue, perfect for grilling and enjoying time together outdoors.

The first floor houses the living accommodation: a welcoming lounge, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, two spacious double bedrooms and a renovated bathroom with a shower. The kitchen opens onto a furnished panoramic terrace, ideal for breakfast overlooking the sea, outdoor lunches or admiring spectacular sunsets over San Pietro island.

For a comfortable stay, the house offers Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the lounge and one double bedroom, while the second bedroom has a fan.

Location is one of Casa Vacanza Nenè's greatest assets. Calasetta's centre and main amenities are around a 15-minute walk away, as is the beautiful Spiaggia di Sottotorre beach. La Salina beach is also nearby, perfect for days spent enjoying pale sand and crystal-clear waters.

An ideal choice for families or two couples wishing to discover the beauty of Sulcis, combining days at the beach with time to relax.
