Gorgeous view from the mountain top. Lovely room with balcony. Good breakfast.
The main dining room appeared more like an empty conference room - we cancelled our dinner reservation and ate elsewhere.

Spectacular location with spectacular views of the high mountains of Central Gran Canaria which can be enjoyed from terraces, bars, restaurant and rooms. Possibility to hike around hotel

Amazing location in the mountains. Amazing sunsets and sunrises. A few nice quiet villages to visit and enjoy the local food and life.
The room service meals from the bar menu were average. The burger was undercooked by far and the vegetarian sandwich was simple and expensive for what' it was. The regional wine also tasted like vinegar. The Rioja was much better.

I guess it's perfectly located in case the weather is fine. Not so many other good opportunities to stay in the mountains.
Rooms are somewhat old fashioned. Bathroom needs some refurbishment. The wellness is insanely expensive for what it has to offer, but what else are you going to do when the weather is lousy?? Crappy sandels at 5 euro, and we did not even use them. Restaurant is of really low quality, but where else are you going to go...?
