House With Sunny Large Terrace And Stunning Views Of Cap Ferrat
Questa proprietà rara e unica si trova nel centro storico di Villefranche, a 200 metri dalla banchina ea 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Ha due terrazze sostanziali che offrono viste panoramiche sulla baia e Cap Ferrat. La terrazza inferiore è allestita per cenare all'aperto, mentre quella superiore è perfetta per colazione, cocktail o prendere il sole mentre vi godete la splendida vista. La struttura è stata completamente rinnovata nel 2013 e dispone di una nuova cucina ben attrezzata e zona pranzo. Il soggiorno ha porte a soffietto che si aprono completamente, creando un bellissimo spazio interno / esterno con la terrazza superiore. Due delle tre camere matrimoniali sono dotate di bagno privato, mentre la terza camera ha il proprio bagno separato. La camera da letto principale si trova al piano principale, con ciascuna delle altre camere da letto su due piani separati sottostanti.

Great location and views from large balconies. Be warned that Villefranche has lots of elevation change so you’ll get in your stair climbing.

The house was just as advertised immaculately clean very well presented everything you could possibly need to help you with a wonderful week in Villefranche . A short walk down to the bay and to the station and up the town to a bus .Villefranche is quite a hilly town but you can either take many steps down to the or go down the roads on the pavements making the journey less steep the house is near to many lovely restaurants and within five minutes from the house you have a lovely bakery and Pharmacy. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need and the terrorist is so lovely to sit outside in the evening or during the day. It’s just a really beautiful house and we will definitely be visiting again. Géraldine was exceptionally helpful in checking as in and checking is out.

Our group of four adults enjoyed the beautiful home. It is clean and refreshing. The views are amazing. The location is nice. There is no off-street parking, and there is a lot of activity on the street, so be prepared to walk several blocks up hill to the paid parking deck.
We were disappointed at the lack of responsiveness from the property manager. Before leaving home, while trying to send our deposits and payments, we never received a prompt response. All e-mail messages had to be sent several times and usually phone messages were obliged to follow in order to answer the most simple questions. Because of our flight schedule, we needed to leave the property early. We made arrangements with the property manager upon check in to meet and check out at a certain time. When she didn't show up, and did not answer her cell phone, we were forced to call the Real Estate company and they were able to contact her and she arrived. These are not earth-shattering issues, but they were inconvenient.
The house itself, is beautiful. Steep stairs, so I wouldn't recommend for anyone who has trouble climbing stairs.
