Tre camere da letto, due bagni, fronte spiaggia. Accesso al balcone dal soggiorno e dalla camera da letto principale. Camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e cabina armadio. Seconda camera da letto ha due letti matrimoniali e ampio spazio armadio. Terza camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale. Grande unità di dimensioni familiari con viste spettacolari sul tramonto, sul golfo e sulla spiaggia. Guarda le barche andare e venire in John's Pass e ascoltare le onde dal balcone e master suite. Grande cucina in granito aggiornato. Anche i bagni sono stati aggiornati con nuovi mobili e granito. Wifi gratis

In pochi istanti nuoti nella piscina riscaldata, immergiti nelle chiare acque del golfo, cucini al barbecue o mangiando in uno dei tanti ottimi ristoranti del John's Pass Village. Un pittoresco villaggio di pescatori di fine secolo e attrazione turistica numero uno della contea di Pinellas, il villaggio ha oltre un centinaio di negozi unici, una varietà di ristoranti, la flotta peschereccia locale, osservazione di delfini e bombardamenti, noleggio di barche, parapendio e jet sciare. Meglio di tutto come cliente SunHost puoi raggiungere questa fantastica destinazione di intrattenimento. The cleanliness and accuracy are the only areas that were not perfect. We booked this location based off the photos. When new, the photos would have been spot on! However, appliances showed rust, the throw carpets were old and dirty, and the ice machine was broken to name a few things. Also the bed mattresses and frames need replaced. That being said the management communication was fantastic and the views were amazing! We also loved being only steps away from all the restaurants and shopping. All in all, we would consider staying here again, though maybe a more updated unit and on the top floor next time.

What a dream! The condo was massive and the view was stunning. We truly saw dolphins every day. Kitchen had everything we need. 2 down sides, which we doable, were the chairs were lower, so your eye line was right in line with the balcony handrail and the beds were 0/10 in comfort. But, the sunsets made up for it all!

Overall we were very pleased with our stay here. The property is located on a nice stretch of beach and within walking distance to John’s Pass restaurants and stores. 312 was roomy and clean. The bathrooms were updated and the kitchen was well-stocked. We liked that it had a washer and dryer in the unit. The living room furniture could use updating. The mattresses and pillows were very hard and not comfortable. Lastly, no beach towels are provided in this unit which is ridiculous for a beach property! We have always had beach towels provided at other beach vacation rentals. No one wants to use valuable suitcase space with bulky towels!

This condo had a beautiful view. It is in a great location. The parking is easy under the building. The check in process was awesome.The pictures online are very deceptive. The condo does not look quite as pristine as the pictures. That is very understandable. Most condos are like that.The AC was not able to be turned below 72. The units air did not run because it is in between other units. It was very hot at night. It had a specific warning not to turn below 72 because the unit would freeze up.The beds were very old and very hard. Some of the ceiling was falling away, where there had been leaks. That created a certain smell within the condo.Overall, they need to fix the AC so you can turn it down so it will run during the night. Also, just need some updating and fixing. The kitchen was great. The only thing there is that the icemaker did not work.
