Posizione, posizione, ubicazione, è quello che ho sempre sentito parlare di realestate e questa è una delle cose migliori di questa unità. Situato sulla spiaggia, appena sopra la piscina privata, questo complesso è l'ultimo edificio sulla costa a nord di John's Pass. Abbiamo acquistato questa unità a causa delle 3 grandi finestre lungo il lato meridionale dell'edificio, dandoci viste su tutte le attività sul passaggio. È possibile guardare le persone, le barche e il traffico che si spostano dentro e fuori dal passaggio dalla camera da letto, dalla sala da pranzo, dal salotto o dal balcone. Questa unità è totalmente nuova. Abbiamo trovato l'unità con la posizione e lo abbiamo spogliato prima di ricostruirlo dal nuovo sughero sotto il pavimento di piastrelle fino alle nuove teste di sprinker. Se si desidera che la nuova auto odore quando si cammina nella porta, non si ottiene alla maggior parte di questi vecchi condomini della Costa del Golfo con una posizione ottima. Non sarete dissapti quando si cammina nella porta di questa unità di scala.
Nuovi pavimenti, mobili, elettrodomestici, televisori al plasma a parete appesi a 42 ", asciugacapelli nell'unità, materassi nuovi e nuove finestre e porte in legno a prova di uragani che lo mantengono fresco e tranquillo, con splendide viste esterne.

We realize this was probably the first full week of the off season and work and repairs need to be completed on the property. However, they were working on the floors on the balconies and the chemicals used penetrated through the ventilation system and we all got headaches and nauseous from the horrible fumes. This went on for several days of our week long vacation and was very disappointing to say the least. There were also two nights when work was occurring between 10pm and 6am. It sounded like furniture constantly being moved and grinding of some kind. It was very difficult to sleep. Floors 1 and 4 were closed for work and we were on floor 3 and were trapped in between the fumes and constant noise. In addition to the work repairs and issues caused by the workers, there was the constant smoking of marijuana in nearby units in Beach Place. The work smells and noise along with the horrid smell of the pot smokers made it very difficult to sit on our balcony to watch the beautiful views of the gulf. We have stayed in Beach Place condos many, many times over the past 10-15 years and this experience was not as pleasant. Only when we left the property to do activities or went out to the beach did we really enjoy ourselves. You could even smell the pot out at the pool. Won't be staying here any more.

This place is as good as it looks. Super nice and clean. It has everything you need. Perfect location across the street from John’s Pass. Restaurants boat tours wave runners shops within a minute walk. The balcony has a great comfortable patio set with a beautiful sunset every night. Very happy with this property, no complaints.

We had great communication with the owner before we got there. It was a great space with a large master bedroom. Great balcony overlooking the beach. Very nice stay. (FYI - things can obviously change, but beach towels were supplied and it also had four beach chairs and a Pack ‘n Play portable crib stored away in the closet. That can save you a ton of space in your car.)

Great stay right at John’s Pass!
We selected this property for its proximity to the beach, John’s Pass, and the Boardwalk across the street. All of that made it the perfect spot for a week at the beach. I have rented this condo more than once and it has always been well worth the money. The area is beautiful, the condo is clean, awesome view and owners that care. If it fits your budget I wouldn’t hesitate.

Fantastic View
Spectacular views of the Gulf and John’s Pass Draw Bridge. The condo was decorated beautifully and made us feel right at home. It was the perfect beach getaway!!

The only thing I didnt like is that the beach in front of the condo is public. Public parking right beside the condo. Lots of people on the beach being rowdy with the same occurring in the parking lot. Despite the locks on the gates, the public was sneaking into the property's pool. We saw police twice tending to rowdy teenagers on the beach.

Madeira Beach with gulf views.
Unit was beautiful. Located within walking distance of many things to do and eat. Balcony looks right onto the gulf with a constant breeze while we were there. Check in was a bit cumbersome (confusion as to where to pick up the key, they told me they are putting in a push button lock system so that guests would not have to track down a key). but once we got in we had a week of fun. Would certainly recommend this unit to anyone. If you are concerned about cleanliness and comfort, this one is for you. Nice extras like beach chairs and towels, comfortable balcony furniture, covered parking, washer and dryer. All in all, nice unit.

Excellent experience
Beautiful unit in a prime location. The condo owners, Brad and Dee, are attentive and wondeful. Gorgeous beach is steps away and pool is clean and fantastic. The condo is beautiful and the furnishings are high quality and in great condition. Highly recommend. We will be back.

We have stayed at John's Pass several times and this unit is wonderful. Well taken care of and well stocked. Just needed our own food and small incidentals. Owner is great to work with and responds very quickly to inquiries. Love it all

Excellent Christmas vacation!
Everything from start to finish was excellent with this property. The owners communicated well with me, and every detail of their condo was explained and 100% true. This condo was super comfortable and clean. The first 3 days of our vacation were chilly and rainy so we played board games and watched movies. There were 5 of us adults, and we had plenty of room. The pool is beautiful, the water warm. The ocean is right there! I appreciated the security, having to use a code to get in and out of the building as well as the beach and pool. Johns Pass has tons of shopping and water sports that we took advantage of! We hardly drove anywhere, as everything was in walking distance. We will definitely be back! Totally loved it!!!

Perfect Property in Madeira Beach!
Just returned home from 7 days at this lovely condo in Madeira Beach. Perfectly appointed, imminently comfortable, and lovely in every way. Best bits - margarita machine, corner balcony for breezes and views, just walk under the bridge to get to John’s Pass. Bring your own paper towels is my only advice. Otherwise your every need is covered! Loved every minute!

Girls Trip
We’ve stayed in this complex before but never on the corner! It was beautiful being able to see both the ocean AND Johns Pass. The bridge opening for the tall boats to come thru the pass was great !! The condo was very nicely decorated. Great vacation!!

It’s easy to walk to beach and restaurants. The condo was spacious and clean...had everything that we needed, including beach chairs and umbrella. The check in was handled well by the condo office.

Great family spot
We rented the condo with another family- plenty of space for all of us! The teens enjoyed the close location to johns pass and the beach was wonderful! Beach chairs and beach towels provided by owner were appreciated

Madeira Beach - Beach Place Condo 306
My wife and I just returned from our trip to Madeira Beach where we stayed at Beach Place Condo 306 which was nothing short of wonderful. The location was great across the street from John's Pass where you could dine, shop, rent jet skis, go deep sea fishing or sit and watch the dolphins each day. The condo was very clean and spacious and worked out for our family of 5. We loved sitting on the balcony either having breakfast in the morning or perhaps a glass of wine before dinner watching the beautiful sunsets. You had every amenity that you could want within a rental (beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, boogie boards, board games). The location allowed easy access to Publix located at 104th St which we went to every other day (5 min drive). Brad the owner was very helpful sending recommendations and things to do ahead of time. Thank you Brad for allowing my family to rent your place. We would do it again for sure and would highly recommend this location to anyone considering coming to Maderia Beach.

Beach Place #306
This condo is one of the nicest condos in Beach Place! The condo was clean, well-stocked, and everything was in working order. The décor was very beach themed, helping a vacationer get into the spirit of the area as soon as you walk in the door of the condo. The corner condo was especially nice as you have a view of both the gulf and the channel. As if the condo itself wasn't amazing, the owners were wonderful - answering questions and providing helpful information prior to the vacation and during the vacation rental.

Loved it!
This is an excellent unit! We've stayed at a couple of other units in Beach Place and this one is by far the best!
The unit is extremely comfortable and has everything you need for your stay! Brad and DeeAnn provided a ton of information prior to our stay. We've stayed in the area for years and all of their information gave us a number of new things that we either tried last week or plan to try during future stays!
The location of this unit is great...just steps to John's Pass and you don't even need to cross the road, just go under the bridge!
We've already booked it again for next year...need I say more! You definitely won't go wrong by booking this unit!

Beautiful condo and superb location
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo was perfect for our family vacation. Tons of space for 5 adults, 2 young children and a baby. So well equipped and clean. Kitchen facilities were amazing for a rental. We will go back for sure !! Already looking into next year.
