Great location, lovely views and lovely staff.
There were loud banging noises all night, not sure if it was the lift or the person above me but it made my second night not so great.

The staff were very nice and clean spacious room. We had micro, fridge and even a washer/dryer combo!

The view from the room was nice. All staff were super helpful and friendly.
Only 1 washing machine and dryer. It closes at 10pm too. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Low quality sausages, no black tea. Single beds are narrow. Pillows not comfortable. No netflix. No restaurant for dinner just a bar. On saturday lots of rowdy noisy patrons in the corridor and noisy supercars speeding past at 4am. Sink is not in bathroom and bathroom size is small.

Modern clean
The front desk staff Andy.
Unpleasant, not helpful, not customer focused.
Poor service mindset.
