The room was enjoyable and the buffet was unique.

~I wasn't able to change the heating so I asked for an extra blanket. ~The tub is small for two people and drained too frequently. Since the floor was flat, water fell out of the tub easily. We had to call for and use extra towels to dry out the floor. ~The mini-bar had no champagne even though it was on the list. ~There was no room service menu for dining in the room so we had to go out in the cold at night to find a place to have dinner since we did not want to go to the restaurants downstairs. We planned to have dinner in the room but this was not possible in a five star hotel which was confusing.

Excellent hotel in Seoul. The breakfast buffet is perfect. I will stay here again.
