Since we were on the 5th floor the breakfast room was right next to us. The selection was great and the staff member was very kind. Gave us a better map of the area. Check in was fast and easy. Location was a five minute walk from the train station. All of the sites that were on our list were close by. Walking distance. Plenty of small, intimate restaurants surrounding the hotel. A ten minute walk across the bridge, then a gondola ride down to the river area and again Plenty to do. Highly recommend the WOW experience. And the two red heart shaped balloons for our 50th was a special treat. Thanks to all of the staff that we encountered. Could not have been treated any better.

Not a dislike but a small bar area inside to hang out in after walking around.

Really clean, great location, all that you would need in a room

The room was nice.

The noise at night even with the windows and shutters closed. There was coffee in the room but no milk. I was told to go up to the cafe and get it telhere. For 180 euros a night this is not good enough.
