Check in delayed by an hour which is not acceptable when check in is already only late in the afternoon -traveling with kids made this even worse. The place was dirty and superficially cleaned only. The balcony was used as a dump site, the kitchen was sticky and dirt was found everywhere, had to wash any cutlery we wanted to use as food remains were in they. The electricity plugs were not covered but bare wires hanging out - huge safety hazard. The door lock was broken and the door could be pushed open from outside. The bathroom had the most disgusting shower curtain and the whole bathroom was also showing many signs of previous guests. Beds were horrible and cheap, you could tell a million people had slept on them. All in all the whole place made you not want to touch anything and keep your shoes on. We canceled our second night of a family trip as the place was not acceptable but grossed us out that much. We showed all the issues to the host, even took pictures in case they didn’t let us cancel our second night without charge. didn’t faze them at all as they had enough bookings. Would for sure not recommend to anyone, rather pay a bit more and get a clean and secure place.

No amenities. Made like a dormitory with so many single beds. Heating was not working. Nothing like what's the pics show.

Nice apartments in the city center! All the amenities needed to stay were in the room. There are several private parking lots, so there will be no problems for car travelers. Special thanks to the hotel manager for all the help !!!

Location, bathroom

It supposed to be two-bedroom apartment for 4 people. It was a single bedroom apartment plus a coach to the living room. It was far from what it is expected by an apartment. For example, the kitchen table was 60x60 cm for 4 persons!

The location of the apartment was excellent, in walking distance to the city center. The air conditioning worked very good.

We were a family of 6 people, and the apartment doesn't accomodate 6 people. The descritotion of the apartment shows 2 sleeping rooms but its a room after a room. The walls are dirty in some spots. They must be painted. The tiles move in the toilet. Minimum supplies must be provided by the owner: no shampoo, only 3 chairs provided, you have to rotate in order to eat.
