Lost objects should be handled a bit more organized. Any staff can pick up lost objects found in the evening and leave them by the reception. Instead they put them in the corners near the trash bins. Sun lounge service for the beach should be done with umbrella allocation from the start. For front rows there can be an extra cost, but each room should receive one fixed, numbered, umbrella and sun lounges so the annoying custom of finding dozens and dozens of seats occupied only by towels amd the guests arriving sometimes at noon or in the afternoon will be avoided, everybody is happier and knows that no matter when they go to the beach, they have the same umbrella. If there are not enough sun lounges for the amount of total rooms, then leave a certain number up for grabs, no cost, first come, first served. If you do not pay, you risk having no sun lounge. Regarding reservation of restaurants, guests should be warned at check in that reservations areto be done days ahead as a lot of guests book dinners at the special restaurants. We asked on the last day about a reservation but were told that the first available table was in 2 days.

very modern and new, well thought of everything , very good spa , the SMS ( syrah, merlot, sangiovese) wine was amazing, food was good was fresh, starters looked very good ( lacked taste) , salads were really good, desserts were amazingly tempting , but mostly gelatine based and tasted alike with the mirror glaze, ( but one of the best I've seen in Bulgaria) amazing choices , kids had a daily doze of icecream , .great landscaping ( will only get better) , great lavazza coffee in the room, The Beach bar was great , i see a lot of effort on part of the staff and the ownership to achieve something good. I never experienced a "NO" , this is a great factor.

the entrance through the lift and the towels down on the ground floor is a bit out of the routine, pool needs a bit heating all kids were in the jacuzzi , especially when it is cold outside. twin beds not a great option,
