Mould in the bathroom in room 124 so we were moved to 110. At first glance it was better but the bench top near the entrance was sticky and dirty, and the coffee mugs weren’t cleaned properly.

The male attendant at the front desk was the rudest I have encountered in years. Shouted/snapped at me as I my room number didn't immediately come to mind and then scowled throughout the rest of the encounter

Close to the airport for an overnight stay between flights. Shuttle bus service is excellent for that purpose. We were very impressed by the quality of service provided by the young women on the bus, in reception, in the cafe and in the restaurant. They were all friendly, welcoming and efficient.

Big room, good lighting, decent pillows, good water pressure, large bathroom. Staff were welcoming and friendly. On-site restaurant and bar/cafe. Free onsite parking and wifi.

Very minor dislike. Our room overlooked the void/roof between the lifts and rooms. When our curtains were open we could see everyone coming out of the lifts and we felt they could probably see us. We just closed the curtains and kept the lights on.

Stakes milk in fridge. Ruined my coffee. Bad start to the day.

The general feel of the Hotel is great big and spacious, the bar is good. Parking is great secure and easy to access. The Airport transfer is a real bonus

We have had many stays at the Ingot and loved it but this time it failed. The room was not not cleaned to the usual standard, we found medical gel in the tea and coffee holder so that had not been checked, a comb on the study chair, that had not been pulled out. The overall standard had gone it that room. The desk clerk said he would speak to the manager they offered me 20% off on my next visit. How disappointing standards have slipped, it's the little things that matter
