East Perth Suites Hotel

Amazing quiet location with free yellow CAT bus stop close by. A few eating places to choose from. Enormous apartment with lovely balcony views. Close to tourist attractions. Simple cooking space and fridge. Washing machine has powder included.

Lighting in the apartment is quite dim. Need a drying rack for clothes that don’t dry in a dryer. The dryer part of the washing machine took a bit to get used too. Bedroom quite light at night due to the street light outside. Not the property’s fault, but the IGA across the road is very expensive.

Location and surrounding area , public transport is convenient

Bathroom without power socket for hairdryer

Location was great for me. The room was much bigger than expected, with a nice little outdoor area. And very clean.

An exceptional location, adequate clean rooms and helpful staff

The administration systems are terrible. I booked parking over the phone in February to find that it had not been booked on arrival day- I should have done this over the app but was talking to the venue regarding another question. I was then charged the full stay amount on the day of arrival, even although I had paid in full on booking.com in February. Reception did refund this once I phoned and they checked, but a large chunk of our spending money was in the ether waiting to go back into our account over the stay. And the cherry on top was being locked out of the building and our room because somehow our entry cards had only been programmed for 1 night and not the 2 we were staying. Reception had apparently noticed at lunch time on Sunday and put new key cards in a post box outside, but then did not let us know..no message, no phone call, no email. So we were locked out of the building until another guest on our floor let us in, and the proceeded to spend another 30 minutes sitting outside our room waiting for security to let us in...and the couldn't leave the room for our planned food and catch up as we couldn't get back in... Such a pity because the location is amazing and the rooms adequate and clean, but our weekend was not marvellous.
